    Abstract: The invention relates to a method of connecting electrical wires, conductors, or connections together by rotating the connector ends in an enclosure to tightly twist the wire ends together and also includes a clamping mechanism to prevent the wires from untwisting, becoming loose, or falling out of the enclosure. The present invention increases the holding ability of current rotating tools for electrical wires and connections.

    Abstract: A wire connector includes an outer shell with a wire cavity therein, a plurality of raised ribs on the surface of the outer shell, each of the raised ribs having a rib cap overmolded on to a top surface with a gap between the rib cap corresponding to each of the raised ribs and the rib cap corresponding to each adjacent raised rib. Two leverage wings may extend outward from the outer shell on opposing sides. A wire skirt may be overmolded around the open end of the outer shell, the wire skirt and plurality of rib caps formed of a material more flexible than a material used to form the outer shell. A wing rib may be overmolded onto a portion of the first side of each leverage wing. A base of the wire connector may include texture in the form of raised grip bumps of various shapes.

    Abstract: A split grounding bushing for placement on an end of an EMT or a rigid conduit has first and second metal bushing portions forming a ring, a grounding screw extending through the first or second metal bushing portion to make electrical contact with the EMT or rigid conduit, a lug secured to one of the bushing portions, the lug configured to secure a ground conductor thereto, a hinge formed at a second end of the first and second metal bushing portions, so that the first and second bushing portions can be opened or closed, and a removable metallic spacer having a shape that is a section of a cylinder and having an inner smooth surface corresponding to an outer surface of the EMT, the removable spacer also having an outer smooth surface corresponding to an inner surface of the second bushing portion.

    Abstract: A water proofing protecting cap that is placed over a terminal consolidation splice portion of a wire harness. The protecting cap being a dip molded transparent tubular body that is provided with a bottom portion wherein, from an opening for insertion at the other end, the protecting cap can be filled with a water sealant and a terminal consolidation splice portion of a wire harness is insertable. A marking line made by a rib on a male mold used in the dip molding is provided in a circumferential direction on an inner circumferential surface of a peripheral wall and is distanced by a required height from an inner surface of the bottom portion toward the opening, and a non-transparent line is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the peripheral wall following the marking line. The non-transparent line serving as a control line for a lower end position of the consolidation splice portion.
