摘要: A speaker comprises a housing, a transducer residing inside the housing, and at least one sound guiding hole located on the housing. The transducer generates vibrations. The vibrations produce a sound wave inside the housing and cause a leaked sound wave spreading outside the housing from a portion of the housing. The at least one sound guiding hole guides the sound wave inside the housing through the at least one sound guiding hole to an outside of the housing. The guided sound wave interferes with the leaked sound wave in a target region. The interference at a specific frequency relates to a distance between the at least one sound guiding hole and the portion of the housing.

摘要: A bone conduction speaker includes a housing, a vibration board and a transducer. The transducer is located in the housing, and the vibration board is configured to contact with skin and pass vibration. At least one sound guiding hole is set on at least one portion of the housing to guide sound wave inside the housing to the outside of the housing. The guided sound wave interfaces with the leaked sound wave, and the interfacing reduces a sound pressure level of at least a portion of the leaked sound wave. A frequency of the at least a portion of the leaked sound wave is lower than 4000 Hz.

摘要: Sonotrodes are used when examining substances on the basis of acoustic levitation. In order to obtain a reproducible measurement result or to extend the possible uses of devices of this kind, the respective sonotrode has to meet a whole range of requirements. Exact tuning of the frequency and clean interaction between the sonotrode and a frequency generator are particularly important. The present invention proposes that a sonic horn and a main body of the sonotrode are provided as different parts and, in this case, the sonic horn can be mounted on or in the main body in a specific manner, in particular for operation at low voltage in such a way that the amplitude or operating voltage remains below a comparatively low maximum low-voltage value, in particular 50 Vpp. The formation of heat can be prevented in this way. The present invention further relates to a control or production method for a sonotrode apparatus of this kind. In this case, it is respectively possible to extend the range of use and to improve the reproducibility or quality of the measurement results.

摘要: An apparatus includes an array of pixels, each pixel including in-cell pixel logic and a piezoelectric micromechanical ultrasonic transducer (PMUT) element, each in-cell pixel logic being communicatively coupled with at least one adjacent pixel in the array. Transceiver electronics may operate the array in a selectable one of a first mode and a second mode. In the first mode, the array may generate a substantially plane ultrasonic wave. In the second mode, the array may generate, from at least one superpixel region, a focused beam of relatively high acoustic pressure, each superpixel region including at least one inner pixel disposed in a central portion of the superpixel region and at least a first group of outer pixels disposed in an outer portion of the superpixel region. The transceiver electronics may be configured to operate the array by configuring at least one in-cell pixel logic.

摘要: A signal generator generates an electrical signal that is sent to an amplifier, which increases the power of the signal using power from a power source. The amplified signal is fed to a sender transducer to generate ultrasonic waves that can be focused and sent to a receiver. The receiver transducer converts the ultrasonic waves back into electrical energy and stores it in an energy storage device, such as a battery, or uses the electrical energy to power a device. In this way, a device can be remotely charged or powered without having to be tethered to an electrical outlet.

Each loudspeaker 100 includes a generally trapezoidal-shaped housing 120 composed of two forwardly projecting lobe sections 122. A pair of low-frequency cone transducers 130 are housed in the lobe sections 122. A vertically arranged set 132 of high-frequency compression drivers are positioned centrally in the housing to project in the forward direction. Three mid-frequency cone transducers 134 are vertically arranged along opposite sides of the high frequency drivers 132. Each of the low-, mid-, and high-frequency transducers are individually powered and controlled by a separate DSP channel.
