Abstract:
In a monitor apparatus for a sequential-function-chart-type programmable controller, a standard value of an active time of an arbitrary step in a sequential-function-chart program is stored, and the active time of the arbitrary step is measured during execution of the program. An anomalous state of the arbitrary step is detected through comparison between the measured active time and the reference value. Further, data indicating whether each step in the sequential-function-chart program has been executed are stored. The program is displayed such a manner that an anomalous step, a step or steps which have been executed, and a step or steps which have not yet been executed are distinguished from one another.
Abstract:
Aspects of the invention provide solder compositions which include two different fluxing agents. One of the fluxing agents promotes melting of a metal of the solder at a first activation temperature and the other fluxing agent promotes melting of the metal at a second activation temperature that is higher than the first activation temperature. This dual-flux solder may be used in manufacturing microelectronic components and microelectronic component assemblies. In one specific application, the solder may be used to manufacture a flip chip or other microelectronic component which includes self-fluxing solder balls. This can obviate the need to apply another flux composition to the solder balls prior to a subsequent component attach reflow operation.
Abstract:
A vibration damper little depending on temperature, capable of damping plural resonance vibrations over a wide frequency region as well as damping a specific frequency vibration is provided. The vibration damper comprises a housing formed of a rigid material, having an internal space and fixed to a vibration transmitting member, an elastic body inserted in the internal space not bonded thereto with a gap in a direction of vibration of the housing, and a weight integrally supported by the elastic body so as not to touch the housing. The elastic body and the weight form a dynamic damper.
Abstract:
An electric device testing apparatus comprises a connection terminal to which an IC chip to be tested is removably connected, a pusher for pushing the IC chip in the direction of the connection terminal in order to connect the IC chip to the connection terminal, and temperature adjusted air supply for blowing a temperature adjusted air to around the IC chip during a test on the IC chip via a through hole formed on the pushed.
Abstract:
A sound-absorption material for an automobile includes a damping material, a sound-absorption material and a surface material. The damping, sound-absorption and surface materials are integrated together. The damping material includes a moldable plastic constraining material and an adhesive damping sheet containing a petroleum resin. The sound-proof material is integrally attachable to an automotive sheet material such as a dashboard.
Abstract:
A roof lining structure in a motor vehicle includes a roof lining base member and a vibration-damping layer interposed between an upper surface of the base member and a lower surface of a roof panel of the motor vehicle. The roof lining base member comprises a support layer having a cellular structure, and a reinforcing layer disposed at least partly in the roof lining base member. The upper surface of the vibration-damping layer is held in intimate contact with the lower surface of the roof panel. The vibration-damping layer is bonded to the roof panel by an adhesive layer. The vibration-damping layer is made of a material having such a mechanical strength that the vibration-damping layer will be torn apart vertically with a tearing force weaker than the bonding strength of the adhesive layer.
Abstract:
An orifice structure for a fluid ejection device includes a surface, an orifice formed through the surface, a first region of the surface projecting from the orifice, and a second region of the surface surrounding the first region, with the first region having a first surface energy, and the second region having a second surface energy higher than the first surface energy.
Abstract:
There is provided an electronic device transfer apparatus which has an excellent capacity of transferring DUTs between trays. An electronic device transfer apparatus, which transfers DUTs between trays, includes a device conveying unit. The device conveying unit includes a plurality of shuttles which hold the DUTs, an endless first guide rail which guides the shuttles, and first to third feeders which move the shuttles on the first guide rail. The shuttles are movable on the first guide rail over the entire circumference of the rail.
Abstract:
Pressing an electronic device (2) to be tested to contact terminals (132a and 132b) while bringing a heater (112) having equal or close temperature change characteristics to those of the electronic device to be tested by a test pattern, transmitting a test pattern to the electronic device to be tested in this state, and controlling a power consumption of a heater so that total power of a power consumption of the electronic device to be tested by the test pattern and a power consumption of the heater becomes a constant value.
Abstract:
A thin film transistor is manufactured by a process including forming an oxide semiconductor channel, patterning the oxide semiconductor channel with a photolithographic process, and exposing the patterned oxide semiconductor channel to an oxygen containing plasma.
