The system and method further provides a data transmission node that includes routing capability, wherein the data transmission node is located with at least one CPE unit. In another embodiment, a network supervision and management device holds an original configuration file for each CPE unit wherein each CPE unit further includes a configuration file that includes an address reference to one or more of the supervision and management devices thereby providing for connectivity to the supervision and management devices and capability of redundancy when more than one supervision and management device is referenced.

摘要： A method and apparatus for minimizing harmonic content in a digital signal driver circuit are disclosed. A digital input signal applied to an input node generates a corresponding digital output in a circuit with two or more MOS devices in cascode connection with each other. The slew rate of leading or trailing edge transitions associated with the output signal are controlled using one or more parasitic capacitances associated with the fabrication of two or cascode connected MOS devices. The two or more cascode connected MOS devices may further each have gate electrodes connected to a fixed potential so as to minimize the harmonic content. A control signal may further be applied to each gate electrode to turn off a leakage current path between source and drain electrodes. Harmonics may further be controlled by limiting a conductance between gate electrodes and fixed potentials using an active or passive device.

The instrument includes a cell counting station for counting blood cells by electrical resistance measurement, a pressure actuating component adapted to apply a pressure alternately on two flexible receptacles of a disposable cartridge removably placed in the instrument to cause flowing of a mixture of a blood sample and a liquid agent between the two receptacles to obtain proper mixing, and a conduit adapted to deliver the mixture to the cell counting station for counting. After measuring the blood sample, the instrument withdraws a washing liquid contained in another receptacle of the disposable cartridge and uses the washing liquid to clean the instrument and to deliver the mixture back to the cartridge for disposal.

摘要： A system and method for reducing reflections in a transmission line and for recovering energy from the load in the transmission during the process. At least three drive signal levels are utilized. The transition from the second level to the third level during a rising transition and the transition from the second level to the first level during a falling transition is timed to coincide with the arrival of the reflected signal from the immediately-preceding transition. A capacitor is advantageously used as the source for the intermediate drive signal levels and advantageously facilitates energy recovery and conservation.
