    摘要: Disclosed is a composite capping beam with a steel beam and an ultra-high-performance concrete plate. The composite capping beam includes a steel beam and an ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) plate, where the steel beam includes a bottom plate and web plates, the web plates are arranged at two sides of the bottom plate in a longitudinal bridge direction, bottoms of the web plates extend downwards to be provided with lower extension sections, and the UHPC plate is clamped in a cavity defined by the lower extension sections and the bottom plate. The present disclosure further provides a construction method for the composite capping beam with a steel beam and an ultra-high-performance concrete plate. The composite capping beam with a steel beam and an ultra-high-performance concrete plate according to the present disclosure is small in hoisting weight and economical.

    摘要: A shear connector for corrugated sheet steel and concrete, comprises a flange plate welded at an upper end portion of the corrugated sheet steel, with more than one U-shaped steel channel welded in the longitudinal direction at an upper edge of the flange plate, the channel walls of each U-shaped steel channel being provided with two longitudinal sides, the left and right sides of the front and rear channel walls being respectively provided with corresponding holes or grooves, the left and right sides of the front and rear channel walls being respectively provided with corresponding holes or grooves, which penetrates and connects each of the steel channels; in the holes or grooves on the left and right sides of each U-shaped steel channel respectively, a vertically bent steel bar is provided, a bottom steel bar of each of the vertically bent steel bars penetrating the holes or grooves on the left or the right side in a longitudinal direction, both ends of the bottom steel bar being respectively bent upwards and extending to form a vertical steel bar.

An anchor plate assembly is cast within a paving material and has a pair of parallel runner bars extending along the decking panel and spaced apart by the width of a supporting bridge beam that is received between the runner bars. The runner bars are connected by cross bars and several studs extend from the runner bars into the paving material. Several nuts are welded to the runner bars at spaced intervals and aligned with holes through the runner bars for attachment to connecting structures.

    摘要: A bridge decking panel and structures for attaching the panel to supporting bridge beams and to other such panels at abutting ends. An anchor plate assembly is cast within a paving material and has a pair of parallel runner bars extending along the decking panel and spaced apart by the width of a supporting bridge beam that is received between the runner bars. The runner bars are connected by cross bars and several studs extend from the runner bars into the paving material. Several nuts are welded to the runner bars at spaced intervals and aligned with holes through the runner bars for attachment to connecting structures. The connecting structures include panel to beam connecting structures that have several clamping plates extending from beneath a runner bar to beneath a portion of a bridge beam. A mating machine screw extends through a hole in each clamping plate and engages the nuts and, when tightened, clamps the anchor plate assembly, and therefore the decking panel, to the bridge beam. End connecting structures include an end link bolted to the nuts nearest the ends of the runner bars of the adjacent decking panels. The preferred end link has two 90° angle brackets that are bolted together and bolted to those nuts. The decking panels are cast in a form that has two or more channel-forming sheets attached to the bottom wall of the form and extending from wall to wall. Each sheet is dimensioned to receive an anchor plate assembly and form a channel in the cast concrete between the runner bars.

    摘要: A composite structural member with a longitudinally extending structural haunch. The composite structural member comprises a plurality of longitudinally extending girders with molded sections disposed thereon. The molded section comprises a molded deck portion having a plurality of longitudinally extending structural haunches extending downwardly therefrom. Each haunch is disposed on a corresponding girder. The haunches are molded around shear connectors attached to the girders. The resulting structure has greater strength properties than a corresponding prior art structure having no haunch, the same deck thickness and substantially the same overall height and girder weight.
