摘要: A predicting system and method for the uniaxial compressive strength of rock include a point loading strength test module, a longitudinal wave velocity test module, a rock rebound value test module and a strength prediction module, wherein the longitudinal wave velocity test module performs longitudinal wave velocity tests on the rock, and transfers the longitudinal wave velocity of the rock to the strength prediction module; the rock rebound test module performs rebound test on the rock, and transfers the rebound value of the rock to the strength prediction module; the point loading strength test module performs image acquisition on a fracture surface of the rock after being loaded and fractured by the point loading test, and calculates the area of the fracture surface; and the strength prediction module outputs a uniaxial compressive strength prediction result of the rock according to the received information and a preset prediction model.

摘要: A red mud-based sewage treatment agent and a preparation method thereof, a red mud-based ceramsite concrete and a preparation method thereof, and applications, the agent including the following components: 80-90% of a solid waste complex after acidification treatment, 2-15% of an alkali activator, 0-1.0% of a water reducer, 0.5-2.0% of an ultrafine additive, and 1.0-5.0% of a treatment agent. The solid waste complex includes: at least one of red mud powder, blast furnace slag powder, fly ash, coal gangue powder and iron tailings powder. First, the red mud is modified to prepare an intermediate product, namely the red mud-based sewage treatment agent, which is used for absorption of pollutants in sewage and then used as a raw material again to prepare a final product, namely the red mud-based ceramsite concrete. Progressive comprehensive utilization of the red mud is realized, and adsorbed pollution factors can be sealed in the final product.

摘要: A method and device for preparing karst caves based on 3D printing technology. The method includes the following steps: determining size of a sample according to test requirements, constructing a 3D karst cave digital model based on three-dimensional karst cave scanning result, and carrying out 3D printing by using alloy to form primary karst cave sample; preparing rock similar material mixture according to proportioning scheme; pouring mixture into sample mold while burying karst cave model into mixture according to position of a karst cave; curing sample together with mold at room temperature until rock similar materials get hardened, removing mold, curing formed karst cave rock sample at constant temperature and constant humidity and then baking or heating same by electrifying heating wire in alloy to form rock sample with hollow karst cave; and filling hollow karst cave with different fillings to form different type of karst cave sample.

摘要: An anti-collapse jet grouting drill bit with bi-directional rib wings, and a grouting consolidation including: a grouting pump connected to a high-pressure pipeline, which connects to an underground drill rig; an outer flat drill rod, connected with the underground drill rig; a sealing device, sheathed on the outer flat drill rod at the orifice of a drill hole, ensuring the outer flat drill rod is sealed with the orifice of the drill hole which connects to a jet grouting drill bit with bi-directional rib wings. The grouting pump jets slurry into the drill hole in a static osmotic manner through the jet rib wing drill bit, while the underground jet drill rig is rotated by the force of outer flat drill rod. The rotation of the jet slurry and the rib wings, repairs the hole wall by cutting chippings or squeezing the chippings back into the hole wall.

This has the advantages of high equipment automation, not prolonging the construction time, not requiring the sketcher to enter the tunnel, precise surrounding rock feature parameters, and supporting remote control.
