摘要: The present invention relates to method for filling deformable karst cave, and the steps are: penetrating a grouting pipe into an elastic silicone tube, penetrating the grouting pipe and the elastic silicone tube into a deformable bracket, and lowering into a karst cave; sealing the elastic silicone tube, injecting silicate resin materials into the grouting pipe, and injecting steel fiber reinforced grout to implement a “block stone-like” structure; sealing the elastic silicone tube, separating the “block stone-like” structure from the elastic silicone tube to complete a “block stone-like” structure; lowering the elastic silicone tube and the deformable bracket, sealing the elastic silicone tube, lowering the elastic silicone tube and the deformable bracket tore construct the “block stone-like” structure, and completing the filling. The present invention may effectively stabilize the karst cave, ensure safe tunnel construction and stable surrounding rocks, and improve engineering construction speed.

摘要: Disclosed are a shield tunnel segment structure and a construction method thereof. The shield tunnel segment structure includes segment blocks sequentially spliced in a circumferential direction. Each segment block forms a closed annular segment structure, and outer diameters of adjacent annular segment structures gradually increase in an axial direction. At least two adjacent segment blocks of the same annular segment structure form an annular inner groove, and at least one segment block of the adjacent annular segment structures is provided with an inner bump which matches the annular inner groove. At least two adjacent segment blocks of the same annular segment structure form an annular outer groove, and at least one segment block of the adjacent annular segment structures is provided with an outer bump which matches the annular outer groove. The annular outer grooves and the annular inner grooves are staggered in the circumferential direction.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength concrete includes lignin, recycled fine powder, cement, water, sand, gravels and a water reducing agent. The recycled fine powder is recycled fine powder of discarded concrete, and is prepared by separating solid waste of discarded buildings, then performing impurity removal and crushing processing, and grinding same by a ball mill into dust with a particle size of less than 0.16 mm. The lignin is discarded wood lignin, which is prepared by crushing the wood, stirring and extracting a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 5% for 1 to 2 hours at the temperature of 80 DEG C. to obtain a black lignin alkali solution, adding a hydrochloric acid solution with a mass concentration of 30% into the alkali solution for stirring, and making the pH reduced to 7.0 for standing and layering.

摘要: The present invention relates to a mechanical tunneling apparatus and process for a tunnel in a quicksand stratum. The mechanical tunneling apparatus comprises isolating apparatuses arranged at an upper end and a lower end of a supporting apparatus; an excavation apparatus arranged at a front end of the supporting apparatus; a spraying apparatus arranged on the isolating apparatuses and the excavation apparatus; a muck discharging apparatus arranged at a lower part of the supporting apparatus; and a propulsion apparatus arranged at a rear end of the supporting apparatus. The mechanical apparatus of the present invention may effectively increase a tunneling speed and safety for the tunnel in the quicksand stratum, ensure the stability of surrounding rocks of the tunnel, and reduce a large volume of collapse of the quicksand stratum due to tunnel construction disturbance.

摘要: The present invention belongs to the technical field of ocean traffic engineering, and relates to a fabricated ocean tunnel structure with an escape device and an application method thereof. The present invention includes a fabricated ocean tunnel structure and an escape device. the partition plate separates a middle bin in the tunnel, and the escape device is connected into the middle bin; and the escape device includes a rescue capsule, transverse ladders are evenly arranged in the rescue capsule, and a balancing weight block and a rescue equipment area are arranged at the bottom of the rescue capsule. The ocean tunnel structure can be provided with a rescue device during installation, and the safety of personnel escape can be guaranteed; therefore, the safety of the ocean tunnel structure is improved, cost is relatively low, secondary damage to the ocean tunnel structure is not needed.

摘要: An intelligent vehicle capturing apparatus for a high-pier bridge includes: a double-layer metal protective net, support unit and actuation unit connected thereto. The protective net mounts to a high-pier bridge backside through the support unit. The actuation unit includes a hydraulic link mechanism connected to one end of the protective net. The hydraulic link mechanism unwinds the protective net to capture a vehicle. The apparatus stops a vehicle rushing off a high-pier bridge. Upon completion, a hydraulic system drives a third hydraulic cylinder in a support rod on the high-pier bridge backside driving a rolling shaft rotating, winding and placing a protective net on the high-pier bridge backside. The apparatus has a simple structure, is practical and easily used, useful on hazardous high-pier bridges protecting vehicle passengers and avoiding traffic accidents resulting from vehicles rushing out of the high-pier bridges.

摘要: The present invention relates to an experimental apparatus for researching characteristics of subsea tunnel at bottom of seabed under wave, comprising main control system, wave making test system, rock and soil confining pressure test system and water level regulation test system, wherein a bottom of the rock and soil confining pressure test system is connected with the water level regulation test system; a bottom of the wave making test system is connected with the rock and soil confining pressure test system; and all test systems are electrically connected with the main control system. The experimental apparatus, when being small, may simulate the situation of the subsea tunnel under a nonlinear complex wave, may consider the common action of the seabed and the wave, and may regulate water levels and soil pressures, having perfect functions and effectively exploring the effect of various aspects on the subsea tunnel.
