Abstract: The present disclosure relates to enabling and disabling of codewords in multi-subframe grants. In particular, dynamic and subframe based enabling/disabling of codewords is enabled even if other control parameters including the resource allocation is performed for multiple subframes. For instance, signal from a scheduling entity to a scheduled entity comprises control information including the resource grant common for multiple subframes and a plurality of codewords for each subframe, and a codeword indication indicating enabling or disabling of one or more codewords for each of the multiple subframes. For each subframe it is determined whether a codeword from the plurality of codewords in said subframes is enabled or disabled according to the codeword indication and/or which codeword is enabled or disabled. The indication of enabling and disabling may alternatively be done by using modulation and coding scheme indicator values which are not associated with a particular modulation and coding scheme.

Abstract: An encoder includes circuitry and memory connected to the circuitry. In operation, the circuitry: stores MV information and correction processing information into a FIFO buffer for an HMVP mode in association, the MV information being derived for a processed block and correction processing information being related to correction processing of a prediction image of the processed block; registers, in a prediction candidate list for a merge mode, one or more prediction candidates each being a combination of MV information and correction processing information, the prediction candidates including a prediction candidate which is a combination of the motion vector information and the correction processing information stored in the FIFO buffer; and selects a prediction candidate from the prediction candidate list when a current block is to be processed in the merge mode, and performs correction processing of a prediction image of the current block, based on the correction processing information.

Abstract: The present invention provides a transmitter which can suitably perform a transmission power control in a PT-RS port. In this transmitter (100), a control unit (101) determines a transmission power for transmitting a reference signal (PT-RS) for phase tracking and a data signal within a range in which the maximum transmission power for each antenna port is not exceeded. In addition, a transmission unit (105) transmits the reference signal for phase tracking and the data signal at the transmission power determined by the control unit (101).

Abstract: A communication apparatus includes circuitry and a transmitter. The circuitry generates a signal including one or more non-legacy long training field (LTF) symbols. Each of the one or more non-legacy LTF symbols has a plurality of data tones and a plurality of pilot tones. The circuitry maps a non-legacy LTF sequence to the plurality of data tones and the plurality of pilot tones, and groups the plurality of data tones with nonzero non-legacy LTF sequence values into a first tone group and a second tone group. The signal includes information on a number NSTS of space-time streams, wherein a total number of the one or more non-legacy LTF symbols is [NSTS/2] when 10 the NSTS is 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 15 or 16; and [NSTS/2]+1 when the NSTS is 5, 6, 9, 10, 13 or 14. The transmitter, in operation, transmits the generated signal.

Abstract: An information processing device performs: acquiring entry information indicating an entry of a user into an administrative region of a store and including a user ID, an entry time when the user entered, and a planned receipt time associated with the user ID for receiving a commodity; determining, when a difference between the entry time and the planned receipt time is larger than a given number, location information about a parking location which is a distance equal to or shorter than a predetermined distance away from the store as parking location information on the basis of parking information which is held in a memory and includes location information about parking locations in a parking place in the administrative region; and outputting the parking location information.
