摘要: A method of synthesizing a clay-polyacrylate composite. An aqueous solution including clay is mixed with at least one organosilane coupling agent including an acrylate moiety to form a silanized-clay suspension. The silanized-clay suspension is contacted with a first acrylate monomer and a second acrylate monomer in an inert environment, where the first acrylate monomer and the second acrylate monomer have different solubility. A polymerization initiator is added to the silanized-clay suspension before or during the contacting of the silanized-clay suspension with the first acrylate monomer and the second acrylate monomer in the inert environment to form the clay-polyacrylate composite including the first and second acrylate monomer, where the first acrylate monomer is a hydrophilic acrylate monomer including a hydroxyl (—OH) group and the second acrylate monomer is a hydrophobic acrylate monomer which repels water.

摘要: A rubber-steel cord composite according to an embodiment is formed by vulcanizing and bonding a rubber composition containing 1 to 10 parts by mass of sulfur, 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of N,N-dibenzylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, and 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of either one or both of hexamethylene bis-thiosulfate disodium salt dihydrate and 1,6-bis(N,N-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)hexane, with respect to 100 parts by mass of diene rubber containing natural rubber, and a steel cord. A pneumatic tire according to an embodiment includes the rubber-steel cord composite.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses the preparation and application of magnetic metallic oxide cross-linked acidic polyionic liquid, belonging to the technical field of solid acid catalysis. The catalyst prepared by the present disclosure has good Lewis acid site and Brönsted acid site, and has the characteristics of high speed, high efficiency, environment friendliness and the like when catalyzing preparation of furfural from xylose. The catalyst has the advantages of easy separation, multiple cycles of recycling and the like, and is green and pollution-free. The magnetic metal oxide cross-linked acidic polyionic liquid prepared by using the present disclosure has the characteristics of high speed, high efficiency, environment friendliness and the like when catalyzing preparation of furfural from xylose, and meanwhile, the catalyst has the advantages of easy separation, multiple cycles of recycling and the like, and is green and pollution-free.

The aromatic group is substituted by at least two hydroxyl functions, where two of the hydroxyl functions are vicinal. Such a composite has a good resistance to delamination.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a polymer coated single ferromagnetic particle is provided. The method includes hydrophobizing one single hydrophilic ferromagnetic particle by absorbing an aliphatic acid having a hydrophobic aliphatic group and a hydrophilic acid group onto the single ferromagnetic particle to obtain a single hydrophobic ferromagnetic particle; emulsifying the one single hydrophobic ferromagnetic particle with a monomer liquid comprising a nonionic surface activating agent which re-hydrophilizes the one single hydrophobic ferromagnetic particle, to obtain an emulsified liquid; adding a radical addition initiator to the emulsified liquid ; and emulsion polymerizing the monomer by radical addition polymerization.

摘要: Organic-inorganic composite particles including: inorganic particles; and an organic polymer, wherein the inorganic particles have surfaces on which no modification treatment for introducing a polymerizable reactive group is conducted, the organic polymer comprises a hydrophilic block arranged on the surfaces of the inorganic particles and made of a first polymer, and a hydrophobic block stacked on an outside of the hydrophilic block and made of a second polymer, and the inorganic particles, the first polymer, and the second polymer have surface free energies satisfying a condition expressed by the following formula: ENP>EA>EB [in the formula, ENP represents the surface free energy of the inorganic particles, EA represents the surface free energy of the first polymer, and EB represents the surface free energy of the second polymer].
