The present disclosure provides a user plane gateway updating method and apparatus, so as to resolve a prior-art technical problem that GW-U updating cannot be implemented when neither an MME nor a GW-C changes. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide four different solutions, for purposes of being compatible with an existing implementation mechanism and improving system efficiency, when a UE performs TAU, an EPS system of a distributed gateway can select, according to a current location of the UE, a best GW-U and re-establish a PDN connection, thereby optimizing a data transmission path and ensuring communication performance.

The information transmission method provided in the embodiments of this application includes: receiving, by an NES from an external network element, a first message including identification information of UE; determining, based on the identification information of the UE, a user group to which the UE belongs; determining a controller corresponding to the user group; and then sending the first message to the controller.

Embodiments of the present disclosure describe a user equipment (UE) handover method and a device for the field of wireless communications technologies. The method may include obtaining, by a target base station, an identifier of a source control plane and a context identifier of the UE from a source base station. The method may also include sending, by the target base station, the identifier of the source control plane and the context identifier of the UE to a target control plane device, where the identifier of the source control plane and the context identifier of the UE are used to obtain a context of the UE. Furthermore, for example, an X2-interface-based handover across control planes is provided, and implementation of a core network is simplified.

The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies and discloses service transmission methods, apparatus, and devices. In one embodiment, a method includes: obtaining, by a target server or user equipment, an Internet Protocol (IP) address assigned by a target gateway to the user equipment; establishing a Multipath Transmission Control Protocol (MPTCP) connection between the user equipment and the target server based on the IP address assigned by the target gateway to the user equipment, where the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server and an MPTCP connection between the user equipment and a source server are bound to a same MPTCP session; and transmitting a service data packet using the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server. The service data packet is transmitted using the target gateway so a transmission path is optimized and a service transmission delay is reduced.

The method includes receiving a data erasing instruction, where the data erasing instruction instructs to erase data or at least one data section of data sections corresponding to data, when the data erasing instruction instructs to erase the data, searching for recorded storage addresses of all the data sections corresponding to the data, and erasing all the data sections corresponding to the data according to the storage addresses that are found; and when the data erasing instruction instructs to erase the at least one data section of the data sections corresponding to the data, searching for a recorded storage address of the at least one data section, and erasing the at least one data section according to the storage address that is found.

The present invention provides an M2M data processing method. The method includes: receiving a registration request sent by an M2M device; obtaining a filled capability model according to a capability model and capability information of the M2M device after authentication on the registration request succeeds, where the capability model includes three types of capabilities: a communication capability, a control capability, and a measurement capability, each capability is divided into multiple subentries, and the filled capability model describes at least one subentry corresponding to three types of capabilities of the M2M device; updating an overall capability model according to the filled capability model, where capability information of all registered M2M devices managed by an M2M service platform is recorded in the overall capability model in a type division manner of the capability model.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose an identity authentication method and a wearable device. The method includes: when a wearable device connects to a first terminal, obtaining and detecting, by the wearable device, identification information of the first terminal; when the wearable device detects that the identification information of the first terminal is different from stored identification information of a second terminal, obtaining identity information of a user, and authenticating the identity information of the user; and if the identity authentication succeeds, running, by the wearable device, in an administrator mode; or if the identity authentication fails, running, by the wearable device, in a non-administrator mode. In the identity authentication method of the embodiments of the present invention, identity authentication may be performed on a terminal interacting with the wearable device, thereby improving security of user data on the wearable device, and enhancing user experience.

A method for controlling network transmission delay, a QoS control entity, and a communication device are disclosed. In the method for controlling network transmission delay, the QoS control entity, and the communication device in the embodiments of the present invention, a service flow delay threshold is set to monitor the network transmission delay, and, when it is determined that the service flow transmission delay requirement is not met, a delay control policy is formulated to adjust the network transmission delay dynamically, thereby improving user experience.

The present invention is applicable to the field of communications and provides a session establishment method and apparatus. The method includes: acquiring an infrastructure virtual circuit IVC corresponding to a user equipment UE; sending a virtual local area network VLAN label corresponding to the IVC to a customer location function set, so that the customer location function set adds the VLAN label to a packet of the UE, where the VLAN label is configured by an L2 session control functional entity for the IVC; and notifying an L2 forwarding functional entity of the VLAN label, so that the L2 forwarding functional entity forwards, to the IVC, the packet sent by the customer location function set and added with the VLAN label. In the present invention, a case in which the L2 forwarding functional entity needs to store a large MAC table is avoided, and packet forwarding efficiency is improved.

A method for reporting radio bearer loss information is provided in an embodiment of this invention. The method comprises: receiving a User Equipment UE Context Release Request message or a Release Access Bearer Request message or an Iu interface release request message all carrying a release cause value; and if the release cause value indicates an abnormal release, reporting radio bearer loss information to a gateway while preserving non-GBR bearers. With the method and apparatus of embodiments of this invention, not only bearer reporting can be realized, but also problems caused by the release of Non-Guaranteed Bandwidth non-GBR bearers can be prevented.
