In one example method, a serving gateway receives indication information sent by a mobility management entity, and allocates an identifier to a bearer according to the indication information to set up an S1 interface user plane bearer.

The present invention provides a method, a device, and a system for processing a communications system signal. The method includes: acquiring, by a communications system of a first standard, a first message, where the first message carries a signal strength, sent by a communications system of a second standard, on a frequency where interference of the communications system of the second standard on the communications system of the first standard exists; and performing, by the communications system of the first standard, according to the signal strength, filtering processing for a signal to be processed of the communications system of the first standard. In embodiments of the present invention, interference can be reduced and receiving performance can be improved.

A routing rule obtaining method, device, and system are provided. The method is applied to an MEC system and performed by a data bus controller, including: obtaining service information of at least one service in the MEC system, where service information of each service includes a service type and a service identity; generating a routing rule according to the service information of the at least one service, where the routing rule is used to indicate at least one path through which a data packet can pass; and sending the routing rule to a data bus, so that the data bus forwards, according to the routing rule, a received data packet to a service corresponding to the data packet. The service information of each service is dynamically obtained, so as to update a path indicated in a routing rule.

A GTP message sending device receives a no-response time indication of user equipment sent from a GTP message response device, where the no-response time indication indicates a no-response time of the user equipment in an implicit or explicit manner, the GTP message sending device adjusts, according to the no-response time of the user equipment indicated by the received no-response time indication of the user equipment, a time of sending a GTP message, where adjusting the time of sending the GTP message is specifically postponing the time of sending the GTP message as the no-response time of the user equipment increases, or bringing forward the time of sending the GTP message as the no-response time of the user equipment decreases.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and apparatus, a communications device, and a communications system, which relate to the communications field, and the method includes: receiving at least two IP packets; determining at least two multiplexing packets from the at least two IP packets according to a multiplexing policy; encapsulating the at least two multiplexing packets into one GTP-U packet; and sending the GTP-U packet. In the present invention, at least two IP packets that meet a multiplexing policy are encapsulated into one GTP-U packet, and the GTP-U packet is sent. When an IP packet is being transmitted on a PRN, resources consumed for obtaining a transmission route each time when forwarding is performed are significantly reduced compared with the prior art. In addition, a proportion of an IP packet to a GTP-U packet increases, thereby improving transmission efficiency.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for associating sessions, which relate to the communications technology field, and are used to solve the problem where policy control sessions cannot be correctly associated when an access network is connected to a core network through a secure gateway ePDG. The method for associating sessions in an embodiment of the present invention includes: receiving a first policy control session establishment request or a first policy control session modification request that carries a local address of a user equipment; and associating the first policy control session and a second policy control session corresponding to the first policy control session according to the local address of the user equipment; where, the local address is allocated by a non-3GPP access network.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a bearer handover control device and control method. The method includes: receiving, by a network side device, a bearer handover message; and determining, by the network side device according to the bearer handover message, a bearer needing to be handed over in all bearers, so that an end marker End Marker message is sent to a source base station only for the bearer needing to be handed over. By using the foregoing solutions, for a multi-connection scenario, a network side device can determine a bearer needing to be handed over, so that an end marker message is sent only for the bearer needing to be handed over, which can prevent discarding of subsequent data of a bearer that is not to be handed over, and ensure multiple connections between a UE and base stations, thereby improving stability of a system.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide an MEC platform handover method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: receiving a handover notification sent by a handover notification device, where the handover notification device is a source access network device of to-be-handed-over UE or a target MEC platform of the to-be-handed-over UE; determining a TEID of the to-be-handed-over UE according to the handover notification; obtaining context of the to-be-handed-over UE according to the TEID of the to-be-handed-over UE; and sending the context to the target MEC platform. The present invention resolves a problem that provision of application data by an MEC platform to UE is interrupted when the UE is being handed over between access network devices, thereby providing continuous services to the UE. The present invention is applicable to a handover between MEC platforms.
