摘要: A neighboring cell determines that uplink interference from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) exceeds a first threshold at the neighboring cell. The neighboring cell transmits an uplink interference indicator to the UAV. In some examples, the UAV informs its serving cell of the uplink interference experienced by the neighboring cell. The serving cell can utilize information received from the UAV to make handover decisions or scheduling decisions for the UAV that caused the uplink interference. In other examples, the UAV can temporarily refrain from transmitting on at least some of its uplink resources or utilize different uplink resources for uplink data transmissions. In still other examples, the UAV can utilize downlink measurements to select which neighboring base station System Information Block messages should be monitored for an uplink interference indicator.

摘要: A method for carrying out AMF reassignment in a communication system may comprise the steps of: transmitting, to an NSSF, a first request message including at least one of a first parameter for requesting a public key of an AMF that is to be reassigned and a second parameter for requesting a token related to the AMF that is to be reassigned; receiving, from the NSSF, a first response message including at least one of information indicating a target AMF set, and a public key of the target AMF set or the token; generating, on the basis of first security context for user equipment, an SC container including second security context for a target AMF; encrypting the SC container by using the public key; and transmitting, to the target AMF via a radio access network related to the user equipment, at least one of the encrypted SC container, additional information related to encryption of the SC container, and the token.

摘要: A BLE system includes a network controller, peripherals, and centrals. As one of the peripherals begins to roam, the current central in a connection with the peripheral detects when the peripheral device is moving away from the current central and reports the roaming to the network controller. The peripheral receives a request from the current central to advertise for handoff evaluation during the connection and the other centrals receive requests from the network controller or from one or more of the centrals to scan for handoff evaluation purposes. The centrals determine the received signal strength from the received advertising packets and send the received signal strengths to the network controller. The network controller determines a next target central based on the received signal strengths. The network controller then causes the peripheral to disconnect from the current central and the current central advertises and establishes a connection with the next target central.

In response to receiving V2X support information, a radio terminal (100, 120) transmits, to the network (410), V2X terminal information indicating that the radio terminal (100, 120) is interested in the V2X service. The network (410) transmits V2X configuration to the radio terminal (100, 120) in response to receiving the V2X terminal information transmitted from the radio terminal (100, 120). The radio terminal (100, 120) receives the V2X configuration and performs V2X communication in accordance with the V2X configuration. It is thus, for example, possible to contribute to achievement of a procedure for performing provisioning for the V2X service on the radio terminal that intends to use the V2X service.

One aspect of the disclosure is a mechanism for achieving backward security during AMF changes in idle mode. Instead of passing the current NAS key to the target AMF, the source AMF derives a new NAS key, provides the new NAS key to the target AMF, along with a key change indication indicating that the NAS key has changed. The target AMF sends the key change indication to the user equipment.

摘要: In response to receiving from a source RAN node (2), on a direct interface (101), a message requesting a handover of a radio terminal (1) from a first network to a second network, a target RAN node (3) receives at least one of slice information and flow information from a core network (5), and controls communication of the radio terminal (1) based on at least one of the slice information and the flow information. The slice information relates to a network slice in the second network. The flow information relates to at least one session to be established in the second network, serving as a bearer-less network, in order to transfer at least one packet flow of the radio terminal (1). It is thus possible, for example, to provide an Inter-RAT handover procedure involving transfer of handover signaling messages on a direct inter-base-station interface.
