    摘要: Memory subsystems and methods, such as those involving a memory cell array formed over a semiconductor material of a first type, such as p-type substrate. In at least one such subsystem, all of the transistors used to selectively access cells within the array are transistors of a second type, such as n-type transistors. Local word line drivers are coupled to respective word lines extending through the array. Each local word line drivers includes at least one transistor. However, all of the transistors in the local word line drivers are of the second type. A well of semiconductor material of the second type, is also formed in the material of the first type, and a plurality of global word line drivers are formed using the well. Other subsystems and methods are disclosed.

Thereby, by simplifying a connection structure of a side key, a key cost, an assembly process, and a surface mounting cost can be reduced.

    摘要: A transmission method and apparatus utilizing Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output (MIMO) precoding based on Distributed Antenna Systems (DASs) are provided. The transmission method includes determining active antenna ports, for a User Equipment (UE) having multiple receive antennas, from among a plurality of Distributed Antenna Ports (DAPs) evenly placed in a service area; assigning a Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output (MIMO) mode to the UE and notifying the UE of the MIMO mode assignment; determining a signal precoding vector on a basis of feedback information for the MIMO mode received from the UE; and precoding a signal using the signal precoding vector and transmitting the precoded signal through the active antenna ports.

    摘要: Methods of controllably creating three-dimensional (3D) combined-flow-interface patterns in multi-lane fluidic devices, and systems, apparatuses and software therefor. In one example, the 3D-pattern is created and varied as a function of one or more of the geometry of the inlets to a main fluidic channel in which the 3D-pattern is formed, the Reynolds number of the flows, the dimensions of the main fluidic channel and the inlets, and the spacing of adjacent inlets. In one embodiment particularly disclosed, differing 3D combined-flow-interface patterns are created using a three-lane fluidic device having a fixed inlet geometry. In another embodiment particularly disclosed, differing 3D combined-flow-interface patterns are created using a five-lane fluidic device having a fixed inlet geometry that can be used to effectively mimic variable inlet geometries.

    摘要: A cooperative multiple point transmission and reception (CoMP) method of a user equipment (UE) receiving signals from a plurality of base stations (BSs) comprises receiving a first signal from a serving BS, receiving a second signal from an interfering BS, and restoring data, included in the first signal, using the second signal. The second signal comprises a downlink signal, transmitted from the interfering BS to a UE connected to the interfering BS, and a dummy signal for canceling interference of the downlink signal with the first signal. In a wireless communication system composed of multiple cells, CoMP using DPC can be performed even without data sharing between the cells.
