    Abstract: Provided is a duct which is installed adjacent to a wall-type air conditioner to pass through a pipe connected to the air conditioner, which includes a base housing installed on a wall surface adjacent to the air conditioner, a horizontal partition wall disposed at the front side of the base housing to divide the inside of the duct into an upper space and a lower space, an upper housing covering the upper space, a translucent reservoir detachably mounted on a lower portion of the horizontal partition wall in response to the lower space and collecting condensed water generated from the air conditioner through an inlet formed in the horizontal partition wall, and a pump module installed in the upper space to discharge the condensed water collected in the reservoir. The reservoir is positioned below the upper housing and the horizontal partition wall to be always exposed to the outside.

    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, a split gate structure is formed on a cell region of a substrate including the cell region and a logic region. The logic region has a high voltage region, an ultra high voltage region and a low voltage region, and the split gate structure includes a first gate insulation layer pattern, a floating gate, a tunnel insulation layer pattern and a control gate. A spacer layer is formed on the split gate structure and the substrate. The spacer layer is etched to form a spacer on a sidewall of the split gate structure and a second gate insulation layer pattern on the ultra high voltage region of the substrate. A gate electrode is formed on each of the high voltage region of the substrate, the second gate insulation layer pattern, and the low voltage region of the substrate.

    Abstract: Methods of controllably creating three-dimensional (3D) combined-flow-interface patterns in multi-lane fluidic devices, and systems, apparatuses and software therefor. In one example, the 3D-pattern is created and varied as a function of one or more of the geometry of the inlets to a main fluidic channel in which the 3D-pattern is formed, the Reynolds number of the flows, the dimensions of the main fluidic channel and the inlets, and the spacing of adjacent inlets. In one embodiment particularly disclosed, differing 3D combined-flow-interface patterns are created using a three-lane fluidic device having a fixed inlet geometry. In another embodiment particularly disclosed, differing 3D combined-flow-interface patterns are created using a five-lane fluidic device having a fixed inlet geometry that can be used to effectively mimic variable inlet geometries.

    Abstract: In a clamping jig and system for inspecting spacer grids for a nuclear fuel assembly, the jig firmly and precisely clamps a variety of grids on a measurement stage moving at high speed so that, among constituent parts of the nuclear fuel assembly, the spacer grids can be inspected using a non-contact measurer.
