摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to a method and apparatus for determining a metric related to erosion of a ring assembly used in an etching within a plasma processing chamber. In one example, the apparatus is configured to obtain a metric indicative of erosion on an edge ring disposed on a substrate support assembly in a plasma processing chamber. A sensor obtains the metric for the edge ring. The metric correlates to the quantity of erosion in the edge ring. In another example, the ring sensor may be arranged outside of a periphery of a substrate support assembly. The metric may be acquired by the ring sensor through a plasma screen.

摘要: Instance instrumentation is provided for different data sources by identifying an instance of a function in a program that receives input from an untrusted source; and replacing, at runtime of the program, the instance of the function with an instrumented version of the function that includes a marking function to indicate an output of the instrumented version of the function is tainted by the input received from the untrusted source. Additionally, instance instrumentation can be provided by identifying a second instance of the function in the program that does not receive input from the untrusted source; and leaving, at runtime of the program, the second instance of the function alone, wherein the second instance of the function is not replaced with the instrumented version of the function.

摘要: Waveguide combiners having a pass-through in-coupler grating are described herein. The waveguide combiners include at least one microdisplay and a stack of at least two waveguide layers. In one configuration of a waveguide combiner described herein, the green FOV and the blue FOV only propagate in a first waveguide and the red FOV only propagates in a second waveguide. In another configuration of a waveguide combiner described herein, the blue FOV, the red FOV, and the green FOV only propagate in the first waveguide, the second waveguide, and a third waveguide respectively. The waveguide combiners including the stack of waveguide layers reduces luminance non-uniformity, color non-uniformity, double-images, and other non-uniformities of the overlayed images from a first microdisplay and, in some embodiments, a second microdisplay.

摘要: In one embodiment, a system for allocating clients between radios of an access point is disclosed. The system includes a first antenna coupled to a first radio, a second antenna coupled to a second radio, and a monitoring radio coupled to the first antenna and second antenna. The system includes computer-readable instructions that cause the system to receive at the monitoring radio, a first client attribute from each of a plurality of first client devices, and a second client attribute from each of a plurality of second client devices, and provide each aforementioned attribute to an optimization function. The system determines, with the optimization function, that one of the first radio and second radio will optimize performance for at least one device of the plurality of first client devices and second client devices and steer the at least one device accordingly.

摘要: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device comprises forming backside power rails in a dielectric layer arranged above a backside interlayer dielectric (BILD) layer or a semiconductor layer, forming a trench that extends through the BILD layer or the semiconductor layer and partly through the dielectric layer between the backside power rails, depositing a plurality of layers to form a backside metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor in the trench, and forming a first contact to a first metal layer of the plurality of layers. Forming the first contact comprises forming first recesses in a second metal layer of the plurality of layers, and filling the first recesses with an insulative material. The method further comprises forming a second contact to the second metal layer. Forming the second contact comprises forming second recesses in the first metal layer, and filling the second recesses with the insulative material.

摘要: Apparatuses for substrate transfer are provided. A lift pin assembly can include a lift pin, a purge cylinder, and a lift pin guide. The lift pin guide is disposed adjacent the purge cylinder. The lift pin guide and the purge cylinder have a passage formed therethrough in which the lift pin is disposed. The purge cylinder includes one or more nozzles that direct the flow of gas radially inward into a portion of the passage disposed in the purge cylinder. The one or more nozzles are disposed radially outward from the lift pin. The purge cylinder reduces particle deposition on the substrate by preventing contact between the lift pin and the support assembly as the lift pin is in motion.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to mobility techniques that allow for mobility of a user equipment (UE) between a set of cells. A method that may be performed by a UE includes receiving signaling configuring the UE with a set of cells that support physical (PHY) layer or medium access control (MAC) layer mobility signaling and with a measurement configuration for the set of cells, reporting, to a network entity, measurements for at least some of the set of cells in accordance with the measurement configuration, and receiving, from the network entity, PHY layer or MAC layer mobility signaling to move the UE to one of the cells in the set, wherein the mobility signaling is based, at least in part, on the reported measurements.
