Abstract: 本发明提供车辆用功率模块及电力变换装置,其具备功率半导体元件(328)、用于向功率半导体元件(328)传送电流的多个连接导体(371U、372U、373U)、搭载有功率半导体元件(328)及多个连接导体(371U、372U、373U)的金属基座(304),功率半导体元件(328)及多个连接导体(371U、372U、373U)以在金属基座(304)上形成环状电流路径的方式来安装。进而,优选以形成两个以上的环状电流路径的方式来配置功率半导体元件(328)及多个连接导体(371U、372U、373U)。
