摘要: In some implementations, a controller may obtain a setting for a maximum discharge pressure associated with a fluid pump that is to be allowed during a hydraulic fracturing operation. The fluid pump may be driven by a motor that is controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD). The controller may determine a maximum torque for the motor that achieves the maximum discharge pressure. The controller may cause, via the VFD, adjustment to a speed of the motor to maintain a torque of the motor at or below the maximum torque for the motor.

摘要: A system for maintaining a prime of a pump includes a suction line, a discharge line, a pump line, a bypass line, and a pressure tank connected to the bypass line. The pump line includes a pump, an inlet in communication with the suction line, and a discharge in communication with the discharge line. The pump is operable to propel fluid from the suction line to the discharge line through the pump line. The bypass line extends from the suction line to the discharge line. The bypass line includes a control valve operable to selectively permit fluid to flow through the bypass line from the discharge line to the suction line.

摘要: A weight training apparatus using hydraulics or pneumatics for applying positive and negative resistance closer to a user's maximum capacity throughout a lift is provided. The apparatus allows for weight training without weights. The apparatus may provide a more effective and safer mechanism for training than conventional techniques. An aerobic apparatus using hydraulics or pneumatics for a more realistic feel is also provided. Methods of using the devices are also provided.

摘要: A rod-pump control device is disclosed. The claimed rod-pump control device uses fuel or air usage for gas units, and can use pressure. The sensors work as the primary trigger to indicate a pump-off condition on an oil and gas well. These sensors can be used as stand-alone triggers or in conjunction with other sensors to more accurately monitor pump efficiency. When the pump-controller starts to indicate an inefficient pump condition, it will remove power to disengage an electric clutch or send a signal to an engine controller to stop. An adjustable algorithm will use percentage change of off time, dependent on actual run time compared to a user definable target time to keep the pump operating at peak efficiency.

摘要: A wearable infusion pump assembly includes a reservoir for receiving an infusible fluid, and an external infusion set configured to deliver the infusible fluid to a user. A fluid delivery system is configured to deliver the infusible fluid from the reservoir to the external infusion set. The fluid delivery system includes a volume sensor assembly, and a pump assembly for extracting a quantity of infusible fluid from the reservoir and providing the quantity of infusible fluid to the volume sensor assembly. The volume sensor assembly is configured to determine the volume of at least a portion of the quantity of fluid. The fluid delivery system further includes at least one optical sensor assembly configured to sense the movement of the pump assembly, a first valve assembly configured to selectively isolate the pump assembly from the reservoir, and a second valve assembly configured to selectively isolate the volume sensor assembly from the external infusion set.

摘要: A pump system can include a tube disposed about a rotor. The rotor can be configured to drive fluid through the tube as the rotor rotates. The tube can be replaceable when the tube fails. The pump system can include a processor configured to determine a predicted number of revolutions of the rotor before the tube fails based on a number n of past tube failure detection (TFD) events. Each past TFD event can have a corresponding nth TFD value based at least in part on the number of revolutions the rotor had rotated before the tube failed. When n=0, the predicted number of revolutions can be set to a putative value, and when n=1, the predicted number of revolutions can be based at least in part on the first TFD value and the putative value.

摘要: A hydraulic pump includes a work port configured to supply fluid to a hydraulic tool. A high-flow piston supplies fluid along a first flow path to the work port and plurality of high-pressure pistons supplies fluid along a second flow path to the work port. An unloading valve is positioned along the first flow path and actuates from an open state to a closed state when a pressure level of the fluid in the second flow path exceeds a first threshold pressure. A controller allows a user to select a mode of operation. The controller sets a second threshold pressure of the hydraulic pump based on the selected mode of operation, and the second threshold pressure corresponds to an end operation of the hydraulic tool.

摘要: A fluid molecule system handled by artificial intelligence internet of things is provided. In the system, a requiring instruction of the digital data of the fluid molecule is transmitted to the artificial intelligence internet of things handling device by the user demand platform. By using self deep-learning analysis of data computing and algorithms of the AI device, an updated digital data is generated. The updated digital data is fed back to the micro pumps of the fluid detection device through the network. Accordingly, the actuating actions of the plurality of micro pumps and the detecting actions of the plurality of sensors can be generated. Hence, the actuation and the detection of the fluid molecule can be achieved more effectively.

摘要: An electrically operated displacement pump includes an electric motor having a stator and a rotor. The rotor is connected to the fluid displacement member to drive axial reciprocation of the fluid displacement member. A drive mechanism is disposed between and connected to each of the rotor and the fluid displacement member. The drive mechanism receives a rotational output from the rotor and provides a linear input to the fluid displacement member. A controller controls operation of the motor based on an operating state of the motor to control pumping by the displacement pump.

摘要: Embodiments relate to a hydraulic fracturing system that includes a blender unit. The system includes an auger and hopper assembly to receive proppant from a proppant source and feed the proppant to the blender unit for mixing with a fluid. A first power source is used to power the blender unit in order to mix the proppant with the fluid and prepare a fracturing slurry. A second power source independently powers the auger and hopper assembly in order to align the hopper of the auger and hopper assembly with a proppant feed from the proppant source. Thus, the auger and hopper assembly can be stowed or deployed without use of the first power source, which is the main power supply to the blender unit.
