摘要: An ophthalmic lens including an embedded functional wafer which is coated on one or both sides with a coating layer and methods for fabricating the same. The coating layer may provide adhesion between the functional wafer and the surrounding resin used to form the lens. The coating layer may also protect the functional wafer from degradation during fabrication, such as due to chemical attack or exposure to heat during thermoforming. The coating layer may be applied to a flat functional sheet and then subsequently formed into a curvature to match the lens, or the coating layer may be applied to an already-curved functional wafer. The coating layer may comprise various compositions known to provide adhesion, protection from heat, and/or protection from chemicals.

摘要: A polymer plastic front plate comprises: a plastic substrate and a hard coating layer formed on an adhesion surface of the plastic substrate. The hard coating layer comprises: organic-inorganic hybrid UV oligomer, high Tg UV resin additive, a plurality of dispersed flaky nano inorganic material, and photo initiator, so as to form a gas barrier hard coating layer with high surface dyne value (>44 dyne) on the adhesion surface of the plastic substrate. It not only has good ink printability and OCA adhesiveness, but also inhibits the diffusion of fugitive gas from polymer plastic front plates during high-temperature, high-temperature and high-humidity, high-low temperature thermal shocks and other harsh automotive industry environmental tests. The gas can be avoided from entering the OCA layer, thereby solving the problems of bubbles and delamination after the environmental tests are performed.

摘要: The invention relates to a coated film and a method for preparing the same, use of the coated film for manufacturing shaped bodies, a method for manufacturing shaped bodies from the coated film, and a shaped body made therefrom. The coated film comprises a plastic film with Shore hardness of not less than 80A and a coating formed by applying an aqueous coating composition to the plastic film, wherein the plastic film is a film of a thermoplastic polyurethane based on polyester polyol, and the aqueous coating composition comprises: a. 45% by weight to 85% by weight of a dispersion of an anionic polyurethane based on polycarbonate polyol; b. 0% by weight to 40% by weight of a dispersion of an anionic polyurethane based on polyether polyol; c. 2% by weight to 18% by weight of a dispersion of anionic silica; d. 0.5% by weight to 10% by weight of a blocked isocyanate; and e. 0.1% by weight to 10% by weight of an additive; the amounts above being relative to the total weight of the composition.
