摘要: A process for preparing a skin-like flexible coating on a textile is described comprising preparing an Opuntia ficus-indica powder; creating a homogeneous mixture by mixing liquid polyurethane, pigments and additives; reducing the rate of mixing and adding the Opuntia ficus-indica powder to the homogeneous mixture; using a formulation based on the polyurethane and Opuntia ficus-indica homogeneous mixture as a skin-like flexible coating on the textile.

摘要: An image forming method includes: applying a pretreatment liquid, which is an aqueous solution, to a cloth material, which is an absorbent base material; after applying the pretreatment liquid, applying an aqueous ink onto the cloth material to form an image on the cloth material by an ink jet method. Applying the pretreatment liquid includes applying the pretreatment liquid such that the cloth material includes, when applying the aqueous ink, the pretreatment liquid in an amount of 20 mg/cm2 to 150 mg/cm2 per unit area of the cloth material. The aqueous ink includes a white ink containing titanium oxide particles having an average particle diameter of 20 nm to 200 nm.

摘要: A composition with advantages for textile fibers is disclosed. The composition is a melt of polyester precursors selected from the group consisting of terephthalic acid, dimethyl terephthalate, ethylene glycol, sebacic acid in an amount sufficient to give filaments and fibers made from the melt a dye receptivity similar to cotton at atmospheric pressure; pentaerythritol in an amount sufficient to give pill resistance to yarns blended of cotton with fibers made from the melt, and polyethylene glycol in an amount sufficient to give the melt the elasticity necessary to produce extruded filament from the melt. In an exemplary embodiment, the copolymer melt includes between about 4 and 6 percent sebacic acid, between about 500 and 800 ppm pentaerythritol, and between about 3.5 and 3.9 percent polyethylene glycol, with less than 2 percent DEG, at an intrinsic viscosity of between about 0.640 and 0.690 dl/g, and at a temperature of between about 268° C. and 271° C., with the proportional amounts being based on the amount of polymerized copolymer.
