摘要： A digital control method is to accurately calculate the real-time addition amount of each dye in the solution replenishment system in the whole dyeing process based on the initial dyeing rate of each dye, and replenish the dye solution according to the real-time addition amount. A digital control system includes an automatic calculation K0,n value unit, a central processing unit and a replenishment pump. The automatic calculation K0,n value unit is composed of a dye solution concentration detection instrument, a sensor I and a BP neural network model. The BP neural network model is a BP neural network trained by a dye database. The automatic calculation K0,n value unit transmits the K0,n value to the central processing unit, calculates the replenishment amount through the central processing unit, and controls the replenishment pump to replenish the solution.

摘要： Described herein are apparatuses and methods for dyeing garments. An exemplary apparatus comprises a dye injection system configured to dispense concentrated liquid dye; a dyeing machine comprising a dyeing chamber configured for dyeing at least one garment in a dyebath; and a controller in communication with the dye injection system and the dyeing machine, wherein the controller is configured: to receive at least one garment parameter corresponding to the at least one garment; based at least in part on the at least one received garment parameter, cause the dye injection system to dispense a volume of concentrated liquid dye containing an amount of dyestuff that can be substantially absorbed by the at least one garment; and cause the dyeing machine to execute a dye cycle such that substantially all of the dyestuff in the dispensed concentrated liquid dye is absorbed by the at least one garment within the dyeing chamber.

摘要： A filter for capturing dyestuff is provided. The filter includes a housing defining an inlet. The housing further includes an outlet spaced from the inlet. The housing further includes a cartridge in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet. The inlet is adapted to receive effluent including dyestuff and the outlet is adapted to release the effluent. The filter further includes a substrate disposed within the cartridge. The substrate includes an active material. The active material has an affinity for the dyestuff. The dyestuff is present in the effluent at the inlet in a first amount and not present in the effluent at the outlet or present in a second amount with the second amount less than the first amount. The filter is composed of a textile composition made fiber or fabric which can be recycled by mulching back into a dyed fiber upcycling the normally wasted dyestuff, to now be reused in an upcycled dyed textile production. The filter with its reusable cartridge, the substrate which bonds and upcycles waste dyestuff operates in a linear or preferable circular economy.
