摘要: Tropomyosin-related kinase inhibitors (Trk inhibitors) are small molecule compounds useful in the treatment of disease. Trk inhibitors can be used as pharmaceutical agents and in pharmaceutical compositions. Trk inhibitors are useful in the treatment of inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disease, defects of bone metabolism and/or cancer, and are particularly useful in the treatment of osteoarthritis (OA), pain, and pain associated with OA. Trk inhibitors are also useful for inhibiting tropomyosin-related kinase A (TrkA), tropomyosin-related kinase B (TrkB), tropomyosin-related kinase C (TrkC), and/or c-FMS (the cellular receptor for colony stimulating factor-1 (CSF-1)).

摘要: Disclosed herein are antibody-nanoparticle conjugates that include two or more nanoparticles (such as gold, palladium, platinum, silver, copper, nickel, cobalt, iridium, or an alloy of two or more thereof) directly linked to an antibody or fragment thereof through a metal-thiol bond. Methods of making the antibody-nanoparticle conjugates disclosed herein include reacting an arylphosphine-nanoparticle composite with a reduced antibody to produce an antibody-nanoparticle conjugate. Also disclosed herein are methods for detecting a target molecule in a sample that include using an antibody-nanoparticle conjugate (such as the antibody-nanoparticle conjugates described herein) and kits for detecting target molecules utilizing the methods disclosed herein.

摘要: Embodiments generally relate to methods for depositing silicon-phosphorous materials, and more specifically, relate to using silicon-phosphorous compounds in vapor deposition processes (e.g., epitaxy, CVD, or ALD) to deposit silicon-phosphorous materials. In one or more embodiments, a method for forming a silicon-phosphorous material on a substrate is provided and includes exposing the substrate to a deposition gas containing one or more silicon-phosphorous compounds during a deposition process and depositing a film containing the silicon-phosphorous material on the substrate. The silicon-phosphorous compound has the chemical formula [(R3-vHvSi)—(R2-wHwSi)n]xPHyR′z, where each instance of R and each instance of R′ are independently an alkyl or a halogen, n is 0, 1, or 2; v is 0, 1, 2, or 3; w is 0, 1, or 2; x is 1, 2, or 3; y is 0, 1, or 2; z is 0, 1, or 2, and where x+y+z=3.

摘要: The present invention relates to a preparation method for and an application of a chiral spirocyclic phosphine-nitrogen-phosphine tridentate ligand SpiroPNP and an iridium catalyst Ir-SpiroPNP thereof. The chiral spirocyclic phosphine-nitrogen-phosphine tridentate ligand is a compound represented by formula I, or a racemate or optical isomer thereof, or a catalytically acceptable salt thereof, and the main structural feature is a phosphine ligand having a chiral spiro indene skeleton and a large sterically hindered substituent. The chiral spirocyclic phosphine-nitrogen-phosphine tridentate ligand can be synthesized into a chiral starting material from a 7-diaryl/alkylphosphino-7′-amino-1,1′-spirodihydroindenyl compound having a spiro ring skeleton. The iridium catalyst of the chiral spirocyclic phosphino-7′-amino-1,1′-spirodihydroindenyl compound having a sprio ring skeleton. The iridium catalyst of the chiral spirocyclic phosphine-nitrogen-phosphine tridentate ligand is a compound represented by formula II, or a racemate or optical isomer thereof, or a catalytically acceptable salt thereof. The iridium catalyst can be used to catalyze the asymmetric catalytic hydrogenation of carbonyl compounds, and especially in the asymmetric catalytic hydrogenation of simple dialkyl ketones. Said catalyst exhibits high yield (>99%) and enantioselectivity (up to 99.8% ee), thus having practical value.

摘要: Disclosed are a pincer-type ligand having a structurally rigid acridane structure and a metal complex consisting of the pincer-type ligand and a metal bound to each other, and exhibiting high reactivity and stability during a variety of bonding activation reactions. T-shaped complexes can be prepared from acriPNP(4,5-bis(diisopropylphosphino)-2,7,9,9-tetramethyl-9H-acridin-10-ide), which is a pincer-type PNP ligand having an acridane structure, and metal complexes, which can be structurally rigid and thus exhibit excellent reactivity and stability based on minimized structural change thereof, can be prepared by introducing an acridane structure into the backbone thereof. The PNP ligand is structurally stable and has novel chemical properties, as compared to conventional similar ligands, and thus can be utilized in a wide range of catalytic reactions and material chemistry.
