摘要: A recreational vehicle may include a chassis, an axle assembly, a floor, and a vehicle body enclosing living quarters. A fluid storage vessel may be supported in the chassis. The chassis may include a first and a second longitudinal chassis member each having an upper and lower edge, and an inner and outer face. Cross members have a first and second ends connected to the first and second chassis member, respectively. The cross members have an upper and lower edges extending between the ends. The cross members have an end height at the ends and a midsection height that is greater than the end height. A transport area extends longitudinally between two cross members, transversely between inner faces of the longitudinal chassis members, and vertically between upper and lower edges of the cross members. The fluid storage vessel is disposed in the transport area.

For example, an air compressor may be coupled to an engine of a vehicle to compress air. The compressed air is then stored in the frame of the vehicle. The compressed air may be transferred to each tire through a hose via an access point in the frame.

摘要: A vehicle including a sprayer assembly for washing away debris, such as ice, dirt, and the like, accumulating on an upper surface of a rear bumper of the vehicle is provided. The vehicle includes a rear bumper having an upper surface, a reservoir including a supply of fluid and a plurality of nozzles in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir, the plurality of nozzles being spaced apart from one another in a vehicle lateral direction, the plurality of nozzles configured to spray the fluid from the fluid reservoir at the upper surface of the rear bumper. In some embodiments, the vehicle includes a tailgate positionable between an open position and a closed position, and the nozzles are operable when the tailgate is in the closed position. As such, the nozzles may emit a spray of fluid when the tailgate is in the closed position to wash away the debris prior to the tailgate opening.

摘要: A spatial frame structure of a vehicle designed for connecting structural assemblies. The described frame construction allows the use of interchangeable high-capacity fuel tanks. As a result, most structural assemblies are mounted to the outside of the frame, thus creating additional space in which elements of alternative fuel and energy source systems (e.g. natural gas tanks, electric batteries) can be assembled. This makes it possible to increase the working time of the agricultural vehicle. The frame construction comprises rigidly interconnected longitudinal tubular beams, transverse, perpendicular and diagonally arranged structural pipes, additionally connecting stiffness elements. The structure includes fastening elements for connecting the following structural assemblies: rear wheel hubs, which are assembled with electric drives; mechanical implement coupling device; structure of replaceable fuel tanks; door platform; folding driver's cab; chassis steering axle with electric drive; side component containers; power plant; mechanical coupling device for trailers and semi-trailers.

摘要: The present invention relates to an automobile urea tank and a forming method thereof. The method includes the following steps: 1) producing an upper half casing and a lower half casing through an injection molding method; 2) after the upper half casing and the lower half casing are formed, assembling built-in parts of the upper half casing and the lower half casing; 3) welding the assembled upper half casing and the assembled lower half casing to form a whole; and 4) assembling components on surfaces of the upper half casing and the lower half casing. This method can improve design freedom of built-in elements of the tank body, and can save a lot of raw materials; the structure is simple and firm; moreover, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cycle is shortened.
