摘要: A sensor data processing apparatus can be coupled to multiple image sensors of different types. The apparatus adjusts frame transmission rates based on the number of sensors and type of image data sourced by the sensors to optimize utilization of bandwidth on a number of transport channels. The apparatus can be configured to transport selected frames in the image data that are identified as critical frames at a higher rate than non-selected frames in the image data.

摘要: A method and a system for pollutant identifying and early warning based on cluster analysis include steps of: installing multiple high-definition cameras on a river or a sluice dam, capturing pollutant images in front of the sluice dam at certain intervals, and transmitting the pollutant images captured by the high-definition cameras to a computer; reading the pollutant images transmitted to the computer; extracting a main pollutant color in the pollutant images through cluster analysis; calculating a difference between the main pollutant color and RGB data in a pollutant color gamut database, and setting an aberration threshold to identify the pollutant color; performing scale conversion with two sets of common point image pixel coordinates and actual plane coordinates to calculate a current pollutant area; and judging whether a polluted area exceeds a critical value according to a preset pollutant area threshold, thereby realizing early warning.

摘要: An electronic device includes a receiving unit, a signal processing unit, a transmitting unit, and an audio timing unit. The receiving unit receives audio data and first video data. The signal processing unit generates second video data and a pixel clock signal for playing the second video data according to the first video data. The transmitting unit transmits the second video data, the audio data, the pixel clock signal, and a cycle time stamp (CTS) to a receiver. The audio timing unit generates an internal reference signal adjusts a frequency of the internal reference signal according to a receiving speed of the audio data, and generates the CTS according to the internal reference signal and the pixel clock signal so that the receiver can generate an audio clock signal for playing the audio data according to the pixel clock signal and the CTS.

摘要: A decoding method of a video stream, which is encoded video information. The video stream includes a base video stream, and an enhanced video stream, which is a video stream to enhance luminance of the base video stream, and a describer that contains the combination information of the base video stream and the enhanced video stream. The decoding method includes acquiring the describer, and identifying the combination of the base video steam and the enhanced video stream. The decoding method also includes generating base video information by decoding the base video stream, generating enhanced video information by decoding the enhanced video stream, generating decoded video information based on the base video stream and the enhanced video stream, and outputting the decoded video information.

A memory unit that stores first device information and second device information, and a communication unit that communicates with an external device are included. 摘要: System and method for improving the shaving experience by providing improved visibility of the skin shaving area. A digital camera is integrated with the electric shaver for close image capturing of shaving area, and displaying it on a display unit. The display unit can be integral part of the electric shaver casing, or housed in a separated device which receives the image via a communication channel. The communication channel can be wireless (using radio, audio or light) or wired, such as dedicated cabling or using powerline communication. A light source is used to better illuminate the shaving area. Video compression and digital image processing techniques are used for providing for improved shaving results. The wired communication medium can simultaneously be used also for carrying power from the electric shaver assembly to the display unit, or from the display unit to the electric shaver.

摘要: Embodiments described herein provide for a method and system for the inspection of fluids for defects. A plurality of containers with fluids disposed therein are inspected for defects in an inspection system. A timing sequence is used to control the timing of light pulses directed to the fluid residing in the plurality of containers. A high-resolution camera is utilized to obtain images of the fluid disposed in the plurality of containers. An illumination time of pulses of light in the inspection zone is less than an exposure time of each frame of a plurality of frames of the high-resolution camera. As such, the inspection system and method of utilizing the inspection system allows for high-resolution images of the fluid to be captured without smearing of the defects in the captured images.
