摘要: In implementations of systems for generating image metadata using a compact color space, a computing device implements a color system to receive input data describing pixels of a digital image and corresponding RGB values of the pixels. The color system assigns a color of a compact color space to each of the pixels based on the corresponding RGB values of the pixels. The compact color space includes a subset of colors included in an RGB color space. The color system computes a histogram of colors of the compact color space and determines a particular color of the compact color space based on the histogram. The color system generates color metadata for the digital image describing a natural language name of the particular color of the compact color space.

摘要: The technology disclosed extracts intensities from sequencing images for base calling target clusters and attenuates spatial crosstalk from neighboring clusters. The technology disclosed accesses a particular section from a plurality of sections of an image output by a sensor, the particular section of the image including at least one pixel depicting intensity emission values from a target cluster and neighboring clusters located across the sensor, and convolves the particular section of the image with a corresponding convolution kernel in a plurality of convolution kernels, to generate a feature map comprising a plurality of feature values. The technology disclosed further assigns a corresponding feature value to the target cluster based on feature values in the plurality of feature values adjoining a center of the target cluster, and processes the corresponding feature value assigned to the target cluster, to base call the target cluster.

According to certain aspects, a server may analyze segmented digital image data of a roof of a property using a convolutional neural network (CNN). The server may extract a set of features from a set of regions output by the CNN. Additionally, the server may analyze the set of features using an additional image model to generate a set of outputs indicative of a confidence level that actual hail damage is depicted in the set of regions.

摘要: At least some embodiments described herein are directed to a machine vision method, which involves capturing both a two-dimensional (2D) image of an object to identify a barcode and determine 3D features, and a three-dimensional (3D) image of the environment. The 3D image data is examined for the presence of the 3D object features. If a feature is missing, a digital fault detection signal is provided. If a feature is present, at least one parameter of the machine vision system is adjusted. The method also includes decoding the barcode and determining the object's orientation based on the barcode location in the 2D image.
