摘要： A piercing electrical connector includes a wire end connector. The wire end connector has a wire end body, a wire end terminal, and a wire cover engaged with the wire end body. The wire cover has a wire holding hole, and the wire end terminal has a piercing portion. The wire cover further has a clasping plate, a clasping arm and a first clasping head. The wire end body has a clasping groove, a clasping hole, a protrusion located in the clasping groove, a pre-locking groove and a locking groove that communicate with the clasping hole. When the wire end connector needs to be transported, the first clasping head extends into the pre-locking groove, and the protrusion abuts against a free end of the clasping plate so that the wire cover and the wire end body are pre-assembled together, and the piercing portion does not pierce a cable wire.

The connector includes a housing including an open top and a guide wall including a track and a cable organizer configured to be positioned within an interior of the housing and the open top and to receive the ribbon cable along a surface thereof. The connector also includes a cover configured to selectively cover the open top of the housing to enclose the cable organizer within the interior of the housing. The cover includes a rib configured to slide along the track so that the cover moves relative to the housing along a linear trajectory.

摘要： An electrical connector includes an insulating body having a mating slot and multiple accommodating slots are in communication with the mating slot. Multiple terminals are accommodated in the accommodating slots. The terminals include ground terminals. Each terminal includes a connecting portion, an elastic arm, a tail portion, and an extending portion located between the connecting portion and the tail portion. The extending portion of each terminal extends obliquely downward and backward from the connecting portion. A grounding member is provided on the insulating body. The grounding member has a multiple upper and lower extending arms. A length of each upper extending arm is shorter than a length of each lower extending arm in the front-rear direction. The upper and lower extending arms respectively abut the ground terminals, thus shortening the transmission paths of the terminals. The grounding member and the ground terminals are in stable connection, thus reducing the resonance.

摘要： Described embodiments provide a crimp connector with hooks to hold a flat flexible cable (FFC). The crimp connector includes a bottom body and multiple hooks protruding outward from and coupled to the bottom body to hold the FFC. The crimp connector also includes a top clasp hingably mounted to the bottom body having multiple barbs internally mounted therein. Each of the barbs correspond with an uninsulated flat conductor of the FFC. In response to the top clasp engaging with the bottom body such that a slotted wedge of the top clasp presses the corresponding one of the first and second uninsulated flat conductors against the corresponding barbs, the crimp connector makes an electrical connection between each of the barbs and the corresponding one of first and second uninsulated flat conductors.
