摘要: An emergency signaling system is disclosed. The system includes a receptacle and a painting device. The painting device is covered in a paint material and stored in the receptacle. The receptacle can be used to launch the painting device onto a surface, such as a roof, in the event that a user needs to signal a search and rescue team or anyone near their present location. The painting device, upon contact with a surface, creates a painted signal. The painted signal can have different shapes according to the shape of the painting device. The painting device can include weight members or flexible frame members to facilitate opening the painting device from a closed or folded configuration to a fully open configuration once the painting device has been launched from the receptacle.

摘要: An electronic device that includes a display assembly comprising a display, a texture layer, a transmissive and reflective layer, and a cover layer. The display includes an upper surface on which visual data is displayed and from which light is emitted. The texture layer includes a lower surface having a first texture with structural components and a second texture with structural components that are different from structural components of the first texture. The transmissive and reflective layer is positioned between the display and the texture layer and includes a first texture with structural components that are complementary to the structural components of the first texture of the texture layer and a second texture with structural components that are complementary to the structural components of the second texture of the texture layer. The cover layer is positioned above the texture layer and forms an upper surface of the display assembly.

摘要: A lighting assembly is configured to create an emergency notification. The lighting assembly has a housing with a housing first surface and a housing second surface. A plurality of strobe lights and/or light emitting diodes (LEDs) is arranged into at least one row and at least four columns. A direct current power system is joined to the plurality of lights and further comprising a printed circuit board electrically coupled to radio frequency relay switch, and a battery. A wireless remote is communicatively coupled to the radio frequency relay switch. Activating the wireless remote directs the printed circuit board to provide power to the plurality of lights creating the emergency notification.

The traffic control system may also transmit anticipated state transition of the TCD. The traffic control systems may additionally transmit confidence level of the anticipated state change and its timing. The current state, the anticipated transition, and the confidence level are received by a vehicle computer, which may perform adjustments to vehicle power train operations in response to the received information. The adjustments may include engagement/disengagement of a braking system; engagement/disengagement of a regenerative braking system; application/release of motive power; increasing/decreasing engine/motor power; engagement/disengagement of motor/engine (through a clutch or otherwise); starting/stopping of the internal combustion engine; selection of a gear ratio in a transmission; selection of a particular electrical storage device for providing motive power or for receiving regenerated electrical power; engagement/disengagement of a compressor of a climate control system; and others.

摘要: An emergency balloon signal assembly for deploying an inflatable balloon from a pouch includes a pouch including an exterior wall enclosing an interior space. The pouch has opening extending therein for accessing the interior space. A strap has a pair of ends attached to the pouch to removably retain the pouch on an anchoring object. A balloon is removably positioned in the interior space and is inflatable and expandable when removed from the interior space. A valve is in fluid communication with the balloon. A gas canister contains a gas having a density at standard temperature pressure being less than the density of atmospheric air. The gas canister is fluidly attached to the valve to release the gas into the balloon. A tether has a first end attached to the balloon and a second end attached to the pouch.

The method includes determining a cause of the greater frequency of safety events associated with the first user.
