摘要: A conveyance device and a planar conveyance apparatus capable of carrying out an article in any direction. The conveyance device includes an energizing mechanism unit configured to energize and move an article and a rotation mechanism unit configured to rotate the energizing mechanism unit itself, and is capable of changing a moving direction of the article by rotating the energizing mechanism unit with the rotation mechanism unit. The energizing mechanism unit includes an energizing mechanism side motor, and the energizing mechanism side motor includes a coil on a center side and an outer body surrounding the coil, and is an outer rotor type motor in which the outer body rotates. The energizing mechanism side motor is disposed such that a central shaft of the outer body is in a substantially horizontal posture, and the outer body energizes the article by coming into contact with the article directly or through a freely-rotating rotor interposed therebetween.

摘要: The present invention provides a telescopic conveyor (1) having at least two conveyor belts (10). Said belts are arranged one above the other and can be moved relative to one another in the longitudinal direction. Each conveyor belt (10) here has a frame (11), a circulatory belt (12) and a first deflecting roller (13) at a first end (A), and a second deflecting roller (14) at a second end (B), of the conveyor belt (10), wherein the second end (B) is a transfer end of the conveyor belt (10), and wherein a bridging device (2′, 2) is provided between in each case two adjacent conveyor belts (10) located one above the other, and said device bridges, at least to some extent, the difference in height (H) between the two conveyor belts (10) arranged one above the other, it being necessary for said difference in height to be overcome at the transfer end. The bridging device (2) comprises a ramp (3, 3′) with a slope (S) and also a first deflecting roller (4), which is arranged at the higher end of the ramp (3, 3′), as well as a first holding-down device (5), which is arranged beneath the first deflecting roller (4), and also a second holding-down device (7) at the foot of the ramp (3, 3′). The circulatory belt (12) of the respectively lower conveyor belt (10) is guided, from a conveying plane (E1) beneath the second holding-down device (7), over the ramp (3, 3′) with the slope (S) and, from there, is deflected over the first deflecting roller (4) and guided back to the conveying plane (E1) beneath the first holding-down device (5). The slope (S) of the ramp (3, 3′) continues in stepless fashion tangentially along the circulatory belt (12) of the conveyor belt (10) located above, said circulatory belt being guided over its second end-side deflecting roller (14).

In some embodiments, the at least one bottom belt may include a first end portion for receiving packages and a second end portion for exiting packages. In some embodiments, said at least one bottom belt may include a laterally declined portion facing a support surface arranged along a side of the at least one bottom belt, whereby in use, packages conveyed by the at least one bottom belt move laterally towards the support surface for alignment thereto due to the laterally declined portion and by means of gravity.

摘要: The present invention provides a sheet conveying roller, which effectively reduces the amount of paper dust accumulated on its outer peripheral surface to thereby suppress sheet transportation failure. The sheet conveying roller includes a nonporous tubular elastic member (1). The elastic member (1) has a plurality of recesses (6) or a plurality of through-holes (8) equidistantly arranged in a center axis (L1) direction thereof and equidistantly arranged in a circumferential direction thereof, and each having an opening having a round plan shape in an outer peripheral surface (2) thereof, wherein the recesses (6) each have a constant depth as measured thicknesswise of the elastic member (1), wherein the through-holes (8) each extend thicknesswise through the elastic member (1). A production method includes forming the elastic member by vulcanizing a rubber composition in a vulcanization mold having projections corresponding to the recesses or the through-holes.

摘要: We disclose a roller guard with discharge for friction-driven sweep conveyors. This disclosure limits the introduction of particulate matter into the interface between a driven roller and an inner surface of a continuous conveyor belt. The roller guard assembly is mounted between an upper belt portion and a lower belt portion near the drive roller and has a retaining wall member oriented at an angle that is neither parallel with nor at a right angle to the longitudinal axis of the belt and at such an angle that particulates carried on the inner surface of the lower belt portion are directed toward the discharge aperture in the first sidewall.

摘要: A multi-directional roller assembly for directing articles in a conveying system. The multi-directional roller assembly has a rotatable roller frame housing at least one set of mutually-actuating rollers. The multi-directional roller assembly directs an article supported by the assembly along a trajectory determined by the orientation of the multi-directional roller assembly relative to an input force. The orientation of the multi-directional roller assembly may be changed to change the trajectory. A conveyor system may include an array of multi-directional roller assemblies. An actuator controls the orientation of the multi-directional roller assemblies individually and may also control an array of multi-directional roller assemblies as a group.
