摘要: A laser processing apparatus 3 includes: a laser head H; a conveying device 4 that conveys a workpiece W; a head driving mechanism that moves the laser head H; a dust collecting box 60 that moves below the workpiece W and follows the laser head H such that the dust collecting box 60 is disposed below the laser head H; an outer support roller 81 and an inner support roller 82 that are provided at an opening 61 of the dust collecting boz 60 and are rotatable around an axis parallel to a width direction orthogonal to a conveying direction Fy; and a counter roller 9 that rotates the outer support roller 81 in synchronization with a conveying operation of the workpiece W by the conveying device 4. The counter roller 9 transmits motive power of the conveying device 4 as a belt conveyor to the outer support roller 81.

摘要: The present disclosure describes new systems and methods for influencing the rotational speed of a roller or other conveying systems and for controlling the speed, orientation or position of objects on a conveyor through the use of hydraulically amplified self-healing electrostatic (HASEL) actuators. HASEL actuators for such systems provide distinct benefits over traditional braking systems including: electrical control, eliminated need for an external source of pressurized air or fluid to allow use in certain environments, analog control of force or displacement in order to provide variable control of speed of objects on the conveyor system, and feedback to infer information about the state of the actuators as well as the state of objects being conveyed and/or state of the conveyor rollers.

The system includes a base, frames on opposite sides of the base, a plurality of rollers each having a bearing, an attachment axle, a drive shaft, a drive belt connecting the draft shaft to one of the bearings, and connecting belts connecting the bearings. The bearings may be disposed between the frames such that the drive belt and connecting belts are protected between the frames or may be disposed within the frames such that the drive belt and connecting belts are protected within the frame when a cover is attached to the frame.

摘要: A conveyor section for transportation or accumulation of articles such as cartons and totes includes a pair of spaced, opposing side rails, vertical frame members attached transversely between the pair of opposing side rails, and live rollers transversely attached for rotation between the opposing side. An upstream end idler and a downstream end idler both having a vertical axis of rotation are attached at respective upstream and downstream ends of the conveyor section. A drive belt is vertically elongate and supported for horizontal looping between the upstream and downstream end idlers. The drive belt supported and guided by the vertical frame members such that a drive loop side and a return loop side are horizontally positioned under the live rollers. The drive loop side of the drive belt is at selectively engageable to an undersurface of the live rollers. A drive motor is operatively coupled to drive the drive belt.

摘要: The invention relates to an arrangement for product control of a product (20, 21), during or after a production process, at a transport arrangement (10, 11) which is arranged to transport the product (20, 21) to be controlled. The arrangement comprises a first camera arrangement (31) which is arranged to take at least one image of at least a part of the product (20, 21) when the product is in or at the transport arrangement (10, 11). The arrangement also comprises a first illumination arrangement (30; 60) which is arranged to emit light for detection by the first camera arrangement (31). The arrangement also comprises a computation unit which is arranged to receive said at least one image from the first camera arrangement (31) and to determine at least one geometrical property of the product (20, 21) based on said at least one image. The invention also relates to a method, a computer program and a computer program product for controlling a product which is transported during or after the production process.

摘要: An apparatus and method for conveying absorbent articles may utilize a conveyor including a vacuum source in fluid connection with a deck. The deck may include a channel. The conveyor may also include a belt including a first surface, an opposing second surface, and an aperture. The second surface of the belt may be in facing relationship with the deck such that the aperture is aligned with the channel. A first row of angled teeth and a second row of straight teeth may be connected with the second surface of the belt. The first row of angled teeth and the second row of straight teeth mesh with a first gear member and a second gear member, respectively. The first and second gear members may be attached to an axle member such that the first gear member and the second gear member rotate with the axle member advancing the belt.
