    摘要: Automated systems and processes for manufacturing post-tension tendons are provided. In one embodiment the system may comprise a conveyor configured to introduce a pre-determined length of a tendon into a tub; a cutter configured to cut the tendon when it meets the pre-determined length; and (c) a control unit configured for a user to input the pre-determined length and a pre-determined bundle diameter. The control until is typically operably connected to the cutter and to the tub. Advantageously, the tub is configured to coil the tendon to form a tendon bundle and tie the tendon bundle in the predefined bundle diameter. A movable seater station may be employed to fasten an anchor to one end of the strand and said seater station may be configured to move among two or more tubs. A manipulator may be employed to move and hang coiled tendons.

    摘要: A shear type miter cutter has a pivotal blade and four linearly sliding blades. The linearly sliding blades may be manually linearly positioned to preset locations for a particular size or type of stock material. The linearly sliding blades are further linearly adjusted automatically upon rotation of a stock material support fence, to ensure optimum alignment between the pivotal blade and the linearly sliding blades. The automatic adjustment allows an operator to make rapid changes in cut angles for a given stock material, while still yielding finished cut edges of high quality and precise angular orientation. A variety of designs for rapidly manually setting the cutter to specific preset angles and specific stock materials are also disclosed.

    摘要: An apparatus is disclosed for use in a press brake to be actuated between the ram and bed of such an apparatus to cut and form metal workpieces. The ram of the press brake receives a striker bar that engages a force member to coact with a bed member of the attachment to perform cutting and forming operations. The bed member of the attachment is fixed to the bed of the press brake and includes: a rigidly supported shear plate defining at least one recess to supportably receive a length of linear stock, and a yield block yieldably aligned with the rigidly supported shear plate which also defines at least one recess to supportably receive a length of linear stock. The force member is spring mounted above the bed member for separation from the bed member, and includes a movable shear plate defining at least one extension that is complementary to the recess in a rigidly supported shear plate, the two shear plates being supported in offset alignment.The space defined between the separated bed and force members of the attachment is closed by a pair of retainer plates fixed at opposed sides of the bed member, each defining at least one of at least one pair of passages aligned with a recess in the bed member to receive lengths of linear stock. As disclosed, passages are defined (along with recesses and extensions) to accommodate lengths of strap stock, rod stock, bar stock and angle. Forming and notching component structures are also provided.

    摘要: A system for making cutouts and angular cuts in stepped siding uses a punch to remove, at the desired cut location, a rectangular section including the step and a small portion of both faces adjacent the step. The punch operates in a shearing manner with cutting surfaces progressively contacting the siding as the punch is moved into the die. Final cuts of the siding are made with cutters which do not require support of the stepped portion of the siding.
