摘要: The particle impregnating device includes a placing body for placing a nonwoven fabric having a surface on which particles are sprayed; a vibrating member which is provided above the placing body and extends in the width direction of the nonwoven fabric placed on the placing body; a vibrator which applies ultrasonic vibration to the vibrating member; a lifting mechanism which lifts up and down the vibrating member; and a moving mechanism which relatively moves the nonwoven fabric and the vibrating member in a surface direction orthogonal to the width direction of the nonwoven fabric. When the nonwoven fabric and the vibrating member are relatively moved by the moving mechanism, the vibrating member is lowered by the lifting mechanism, so that the nonwoven fabric is pressed and compressed by the vibrating member and ultrasonic vibration is applied to the vibrating member by the vibrator.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for forming a metal pattern on a pattern formation section set in a part or the whole of a region on a base material, the base material including a fluorine-containing resin layer on a surface including at least the pattern formation section, the method including the step of: forming a functional group on a pattern formation section of the fluorine-containing resin layer by a treatment such as ultraviolet-ray irradiation, then applying to the surface of the base material a metal fine particle dispersion liquid in which metal fine particles protected by an amine compound as a first protective agent and a fatty acid as a second protective agent are dispersed in a solvent, and fixing the metal fine particles on the pattern formation section.

摘要: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery separator having a laminated body which is not easily curled is provided. The laminated body includes a porous base material containing a polyolefin-based resin as a main component and a porous layer which is disposed on at least one surface of the porous base material and which contains a polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin. The porous base material has a piercing strength of not less than 26.0 gf/g/m2. The polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin contains crystal form α in an amount of not less than 36 mol % with respect to 100 mol % of a total amount of the crystal form α and crystal form β contained in the polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a structured, at least partly optically transparent varnish surface on a surface of a substrate board, preferably of a wood material board, having a decoration. The steps of the method include applying a transparent or at least partly transparent varnish to an applicator roll thereby producing a structured varnish surface and transferring the structured varnish surface to a substrate board having a decoration. The varnish is applied to the applicator roll by a plurality of digitally controlled nozzles in a distribution defining a structure and/or is transformed on the applicator roll into a distribution defining a structure. Furthermore, a device for carrying out the method is described.

摘要: Fingerprint-erasing cured films for rendering fingerprint depositions on various surfaces quickly less visible, or invisible; a manufacturing method therefor; a display or touch panel using the same; and electronic devices using these are provided. A liquid coating film including a solvent and a polymerizable resin composition curable by an activating energy beam is formed. In a state of the solvent being included within the film, the film is cured to form a cured film containing the solvent, preferably using a release material whose surface has undergone matte processing; and the solvent is evaporated in a subsequent drying step, whereby a cured film with a multitude of micropores on the surface is formed. Fingerprint soiling is rendered not readily visible or invisible. By using the cured film, there are obtained displays, touch panels, and electronic devices having fingerprint-erasability. To improve fingerprint-erasability, adding a water-absorbent compound to the film composition is preferable.

摘要: Various embodiments of the present disclosure pertain to methods of making carbon nanotube-coated substrates by dissolving carbon nanotubes in a solvent to form a carbon nanotube solution; and coating a surface of a substrate with the carbon nanotube solution to form one or more carbon nanotube layers on the surface of the substrate. The carbon nanotube solution may include a superacid solvent. A cable made out of the carbon nanotube-coated substrates may include one or more internal insulating layers that surround the surface of one or more internal conductors. Carbon nanotube solutions may be coated onto the one or more internal insulating layers to form one or more carbon nanotube layers. Additional embodiments of the present disclosure pertain to carbon nanotube-coated substrates formed by the methods of the present disclosure. The carbon nanotube-coated substrates may include one or more carbon nanotube layers derived from a carbon nanotube solution.
