摘要: A capped retail dispenser package encloses and retains a mixing container into which a product mixture is filled using an automated manufacturing system in an individualized manner, such that each individual product container may be charged with a customized or unique formulation different than a previous or subsequent container passing through the system. Mixing is not done prior to filling, but with a mixer received in a slidable bottom portion that functions as a piston. The rod terminates at its upper end with a mixing plate. Movement of the rod through the central opening provides mixing of the product through a reciprocating motion, and preferably with a simultaneous rotation. Movement of the upper mixing plate within the mixing container provides mixing of the container's contents by forcing fluid flow through one or more mixing apertures formed about a flange of the mixing plate.

摘要: A mixing impeller (10) for mixing a sealant inside a cartridge (1) is disclosed. The mixing impeller (10) comprises a central hub (11) and at least two mixing arms (20) extending radially outward from the central hub (11). Each of the mixing arms (20) may include a leading edge (24), a trailing edge (26), and a wiping edge (28) extending circumferentially between a leading tip (25) of the leading edge (24) and a trailing edge transition (27) of the trailing edge (26). The wiping edge (28) may have an arc length defining a wiping edge (28) angle, the leading tip (25) may be circumferentially offset in a direction of rotation of the mixing impeller (10) defining a leading edge (24) angle to provide a forward swept configuration, and the wiping edge (28) angle may be greater than the leading edge (24) angle. A sealant cartridge (1) and mixing impeller (10) assembly is also disclosed.

The navigation console may be configured to deactivate the surgical tool based on the position of the surgical tool relative to the defined zone. The navigation console may also be configured to provide a user-selectable override option to allow continued operation of the surgical tool within the defined zone.

In step S3, a pretreatment machine includes a body; an driving mechanism is arranged in the body; a stirring mechanism is arranged in the driving mechanism; a scraping mechanism is arranged below the driving mechanism; a preliminary treatment mechanism is arranged at an inner upper side of the body; the driving mechanism penetrates through the preliminary treatment mechanism and is arranged in the body; a separation mechanism is arranged on a bottom of the body.
