    摘要: In one embodiment, a disposable surgical rode deburrer has a shank configured to be rotated by a drive device and a housing assembly coupled to the shank. The housing assembly includes a rod guide having an opening sized to receive and stabilize a surgical rod when inserted therethrough into an inner cavity. The housing assembly also includes a cutting bit disposed within the inner cavity that is rotated to deburr an end of the surgical rod. A membrane wiper is disposed between the rod guide and the cutting bit. The membrane wiper has a seal that opens to allow the surgical rod to be inserted therethrough, and substantially closes when the surgical rod is removed. The housing assembly also includes a drive body. The membrane wiper retains within the inner cavity chips, particles or dust created by the cutting bit.

Optionally, the shaft and abrasive mechanism move laterally as they rotate. Optionally, a shaft holder includes a protective surrounding sleeve to catch or deflect any fragment of the shaft holder that might fly off. Optionally, the shaft and the workpiece rotate independently of each other. Two or more different abrasive mechanisms can be simultaneously attached to the shaft. The cross-sectional shape of the abrasive mechanism may be curvilinear and/or polygonal, depending upon shape of the workpiece surface. Optionally, a shaft restrictor receives the shaft and limits lateral motion of the rotating shaft. The shaft optionally includes a rotatable mass that provides additional rotational inertia after the shaft is initially spun up.

    摘要: An error correction decoder (101) counts the number of times of iterative decoding executed in the process of a predetermined error correcting operation, and outputs the iterative decoding count to an averaging circuit (102). The averaging circuit (102) calculates the average value of the iterative decoding counts input from the error correction decoder (101), and outputs the calculated average value of the iterative decoding counts to a comparator (103). The comparator (103) determines whether the iterative decoding count average value is larger than a predetermined threshold value. When determining that the average value is larger than the predetermined threshold value, the comparator (103) determines that a channel switching condition is met, and outputs a channel switching signal to a channel switching circuit (405). This makes it possible to output the channel switching signal under appropriate conditions without increasing the number of circuits in a wireless communication system using a highly coding gain code to be iteratively decoded.
