摘要: A planetary gear set includes a slide bearing shell arranged on a planet gear axle, a planet gear mounted rotatably on the slide bearing shell and a planet carrier having a recess for receiving the planet gear axle. An axial disk is mounted in a floating manner between a web of the planet carrier and the planet gear in an axial direction and configured flat on an axially outer side facing the web of the planet carrier. A lubricant film between the axial disk and the planet gear ensures during normal operation hydrodynamic operation between the planet gear and the axial disk. A deficient lubrication is present between the axially outer side of the axial disk and the web of the planet carrier.

摘要: A wind turbine drive system includes a plurality of drive devices, a state quantity detection unit, a ring gear braking portion, and a control unit. The plurality of drive devices are provided in a first structure, and a ring gear is provided in a second structure. Each of the drive devices includes a motor drive portion and a speed reducing portion. The state quantity detection unit detects a load between a meshing portion of each of the drive devices and the ring gear. When a degree of variation in the load among the drive devices is outside a permissible range, the control unit performs a first control process of controlling the motor drive portion to prevent an increase in the degree of variation in the load and/or a second control process of controlling the ring gear braking portion.

摘要: A composite beam for a wind turbine blade includes a preform layer, the preform layer including multiple elongate strength rods arranged longitudinally relative to one another in a single layer, each strength rod being disposed adjacent to and spaced from at least one adjacent strength rod. Each strength rod has a rectangular cross section and includes multiple, substantially straight collimated structural fibers fixed in a solidified matrix resin. The preform layer includes at least one carrier layer to which the multiple strength rods are joined by an adhesive. The carrier layer spaces adjacent strength rods a fixed distance apart to facilitate the flow of liquid bonding resin between adjacent strength rods of the preform layer to its joined carrier layer, the carrier layer being of a permeable material suitable to facilitate the flow of liquid bonding resin through the carrier layer.
