摘要: Provided is a friction transmission device having a friction transmission mechanism that transmits power by contact between a take-out member from which output rotation is taken out and a plurality of friction rolling elements. The take-out member has a contact surface inclined with respect to an axial direction. The device includes an output member that is used to transmit the output rotation to a driven device, and a coupling that connects the take-out member and the output member to each other. The coupling is configured to be more easily deformed than the take-out member and the output member with respect to an axial load, and has a function of absorbing deviation of an axial center between the take-out member and the output member and a function of converting a torque acting on the output member into an axial force to transmit the axial force to a take-out member side.

摘要: One aspect of an electric actuator of the present invention includes: a motor having a motor shaft rotatable about a motor axis; a transmission mechanism coupled to one side in the axial direction of the motor shaft; an output shaft extending in the axial direction of the motor shaft and to which rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted via the transmission mechanism; and a rolling member group including three or more rolling members arranged to surround the motor axis. The motor shaft is a hollow shaft. At least a part of the output shaft is located inside the motor shaft. The motor shaft and the output shaft are supported with each other in the axial direction and the radial direction via the rolling member group.

摘要: Infinitely variable multi-epicyclic friction transmission system including a main shaft, ball race discs, a splined tube, and twin planetary cone assemblies attached to a planetary carrier and disposed circumferentially around the splined tube. Each twin planetary cone assembly comprises a torque tube and a planetary cone-hemisphere structure comprising a planetary cone integral with hemisphere at its apex, wherein the planetary cone-hemisphere structure rolls inside the torque tube via the hemisphere, and wherein a slant height of the twin planetary cone assemblies is parallel to the main shaft. System also includes a series of spherical planets, a reaction ring disposed around the twin planetary cone assemblies configured to slide along the planetary cone assemblies to vary a gear ratio, and ball gear retaining rings. Each of the ball gear retaining rings is mounted on one of a plurality of ball gears which are mounted on the ball race discs.

摘要: A variator unit of a power-split continuously variable transmission device is fixed to a rotationally fixed component and has a primary side rotationally fixed to an input shaft and a secondary side rotationally fixed to each respective first element of the first and a second planetary gear sets via a third shaft. A third element of the first planetary gear set is rotationally fixed to a third element of the second planetary gear set via a fourth shaft and is fixable to the rotationally fixed component via a first shift element. A fifth shaft is rotationally fixed to a second element of the second planetary gear set, which is fixable to the rotationally fixed component via the third shift element, and is connectable to the input shaft via the second shift element. A second element of the first planetary gear set is rotationally fixed to the output shaft.

摘要: A continuously variable transmission (CVT) having a main shaft configured to support and position various components of the CVT. Shift cam discs cooperate with ball-leg assemblies to shift the transmission ration of the CVT. Load cam discs, a torsion disc, rolling elements, and a hub cap shell are configured to generate axial force, transmit torque, and manage reaction forces. In one embodiment, a splined input shaft and a torsion disc having a splined bore cooperate to input torque into the variator of the CVT. Among other things, various ball axles, axle-ball combinations, and reaction force grounding configurations are disclosed. In one embodiment, a CVT having axial force generation means at both the input and output elements is disclosed.

摘要: An infinitely variable transmission capable of shifting from infinity to zero speed ratios in forward and reverse is provided. The transmission offers reciprocal blocking and supports high torque and power, while requiring a fixed number of planetary gears and a hydraulic flow control, without brakes and/or clutch by varying the angular displacement or rotational movement separating the contained vectors (speed and torque) to exploit, in a reciprocal manner, the working flow by maintaining the full potential of the movement force source without a continuity flow break-up.
