Abstract: An electric actuator includes a motor which has a rotor having a motor shaft and a stator, a motor case for housing the motor, and a deceleration mechanism coupled to the motor shaft. The motor case has a case cylinder portion and a lid. The lid has a top plate portion, an outer cylinder portion, an inner cylinder portion, an annular groove portion, and an annular seal member. An axial length of the outer cylinder portion is larger than an axial length of the inner cylinder portion. An inner diameter of the annular seal member is smaller than an outer diameter of the inner cylinder portion in a state that the annular seal member is removed from the lid. The annular seal member is housed in the annular groove portion in a state of being in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion.

Abstract: An electric actuator of the disclosure includes a motor, a speed reduction mechanism, and a bearing fixed to a motor shaft having an eccentric axis portion. The speed reduction mechanism has: an externally toothed gear, an internally toothed gear, a facing member facing the externally toothed gear, column members protruding from one member of the facing member and the externally toothed gear toward the other member and surrounding the motor axis, and at least one tube member surrounding the column members. The other member has hole portions surrounding the motor axis. The column members are inserted into the hole portions respectively, and support the externally toothed gear to be swingable around the motor axis via an inner side surface of each of the hole portions. The at least one tube member surrounds the column members in the hole portions and is rotatable around a rotary axis passing through the hole portions.

Abstract: An electric actuator according to an aspect of the disclosure includes: a motor including a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator facing the rotor in a radial direction; and a deceleration mechanism which is disposed on a side of the stator in an axial direction and connected to the motor shaft. The motor shaft includes an eccentric shaft part with an eccentric axis, which is eccentric with respect to the central axis, as a center, and the eccentric shaft part is connected with the deceleration mechanism. The eccentric shaft part includes a balance concave part disposed on an end part of the eccentric shaft part in a predetermined direction which is in a radial direction from the central axis toward the eccentric axis. The balance concave part is recessed from an outer surface of the eccentric shaft part.

Abstract: An oil pressure sensor attachment structure includes the oil path body; the sensor case; and a seal member. The deceleration mechanism case includes a case body and a cup member. The cup member includes a first cylinder part to which the internal gear is fitted on the radial-direction inner side, and a second cylinder part to which the second bearing is fitted on the radial-direction inner side.
