摘要: The present technique relates to a solid-state imaging device and an imaging apparatus that enable provision of a solid-state imaging device having superior color separation and high sensitivity.
The solid-state imaging device includes a semiconductor layer in which a surface side becomes a circuit formation surface, photoelectric conversion units PD1 and PD2 of two layers or more that are stacked and formed in the semiconductor layer, and a longitudinal transistor Tr1 in which a gate electrode is formed to be embedded in the semiconductor layer from a surface of the semiconductor layer. The photoelectric conversion unit PD1 of one layer in the photoelectric conversion units of the two layers or more is formed over a portion of the gate electrode of the longitudinal transistor Tr1 embedded in the semiconductor substrate and is connected to a channel formed by the longitudinal transistor Tr1.-

摘要: The present invention provides a method for performing high dynamic range optical image detection of a scene comprising: imaging incident light from a scene onto an object plane; determining the locations of those pixels in the object plane of higher brightness; detecting the optical irradiance values of those pixels of higher brightness to produce a first detected image; detecting the optical irradiance values of those pixels of lower brightness to produce a second detected image; and generating a high dynamic range optical irradiance map of the scene by combining the first detected image and the second detected image into a single image.

摘要: A surgical camera system is provided which includes a plurality of imaging devices each having a tunable iris configured to change between at least two different sized numerical apertures. A video stream is produced at a frame rate greater than or equal to about 20 frames per second from first and second images produced by respective sensors and tunable irises of at least two of the imaging devices, the tunable irises controlled to different numerical apertures, the first images acquired at a respective first numerical aperture of a first imaging device and the second images acquired at a respective second numerical aperture of a second imaging device, different from the respective first numerical aperture. The video stream alternates between the first images and the second images so that the video stream results in a three-dimensional effect at a display device when the video stream is rendered thereon.

摘要: An imaging apparatus comprises: an imaging optical-system that includes a first optical-system and a second optical-system having imaging characteristics different from each other and being arranged concentrically; and an image sensor that has a plurality of pixels composed of photoelectric conversion elements two-dimensionally arranged, respectively pupil-divides light incident through the optical-systems, and selectively receives the light by the pixels. With the imaging apparatus, the light amount of the light incident on the image sensor through each of the optical-systems is adjusted, and interference is prevented. The imaging apparatus further comprises a stop including an annular light blocking section of which an inner diameter and an outer diameter can be increased or decreased, and adjusting a light amount of light passing through each of the optical-systems by increasing or decreasing the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the light blocking section at a boundary between pupil regions of the optical-systems.
