Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for operating a media transmission network. The system includes at least one destination device for receiving a plurality of media streams from a plurality of source devices. The system further includes a controller that is configured to, for each media stream of the plurality of media streams: determine a media property adjustment for the media stream based at least on the media stream; identify a source device from the plurality of source devices associated with generating the media stream; determine at least one device setting for the identified source device to apply the media property adjustment to the media stream; generate a control packet for configuring the identified source device based on the at least one device setting, the control packet including the at least one device setting; and transmit the control packet to the identified source device.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for determining a transmission mode, a storage medium and an electronic device. The method includes acquiring information for determining the transmission mode, where the information includes at least one of: service profile information about a first service from an upper layer of a first terminal or an application layer of the first terminal, access layer information about the first terminal, transmission parameter information configured for the first terminal by a base station, or capability information about a second terminal of a proximity service; and determining the transmission mode according to the information. This can solve the problem in the existing art of how to perform communication better when there are UEs of different types or different capabilities in a system.

Abstract: Features related to providing feedback corresponding to a portion of a data frame while another portion of the data frame is being received are described. In an aspect, a first device may transmit, to a second device, at least one MPDU of a plurality of MPDUs within the data frame via a data channel, and receive feedback corresponding to the at least one MPDU in a feedback channel while at least a first MPDU of the remaining MPDUs within the data frame is being transmitted. In another aspect, a first device, e.g., receiver of data frame, may receive, from a second device, at least one MPDU of a plurality of MPDUs within a data frame, and transmit feedback corresponding to the at least one MPDU while at least a first MPDU of the remaining MPDUs within the data frame is being received.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and apparatus, and UE. The method includes: receiving a downlink CQI fed back by first UE, and determining a first downlink MCS of the first UE according to the downlink CQI fed back by the first UE; allocating a transmission resource of a first cell to the first UE according to the first downlink MCS of the first UE; acquiring an uplink channel matrix of a sub-bandwidth SB level of each cell in a measurement set of the first UE; determining an SINR of a downlink transmission stream to be sent by each cell in a transmission set of the first UE; and determining a second downlink MCS of the first UE according to the SINR of the downlink transmission stream to be sent.

Abstract: A receiver for signals, comprising an amplifier arranged to receive and amplify the signals received by the receiver. Abstract: In an advanced adaptive modulation and coding (AMC) scheme, the code rate and the parity-check matrix (PCM) for low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes are adapted according to modulation formats and variable-iteration receivers. The degree distribution for the PCM adaptation is designed by heuristic optimization to minimize the required SNR via an extrinsic information transfer (EXIT) trajectory analysis for finite-iteration decoding. The method uses dynamic window decoding by generating spatially coupled PCM for quasi-cyclic LDPC convolutional coding. The method also provides a way to jointly optimize labeling and decoding complexity for high-order and high-dimensional modulations.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing soft and blind combining for PUSCH acknowledgement (ACK) processing. In an exemplary embodiment, a method includes soft-combining acknowledgement (ACK) bits received from a UE that are contained in a received sub-frame of symbols. The ACK bits are soft-combined using a plurality of scrambling sequences to generate a plurality of hypothetical soft-combined ACK bit streams. The method also includes receiving a parameter that identifies a selected scrambling sequence to be used. The method also includes decoding a selected hypothetical soft-combined ACK bit stream to generate a decoded ACK value, wherein the selected hypothetical soft-combined ACK bit stream is selected from the plurality of hypothetical soft-combined ACK bit streams based on the parameter.
