Abstract: Various embodiments comprise systems, methods, architectures, mechanisms and apparatus for undersea transmission using a Zero-Correlation-Zone (ZCZ) signal with an auto-correlation function having a zero-sidelobe zone, wherein modulated data is mapped to circular time shifts in ZCZ signals for transmission, and wherein periodic cross-correlation function peaks of received ZCZ signals are detected to enable thereby recovery of the circular time shifts in the received ZCZ signals in the time domain.

Abstract: A sequence distributing and sequence processing method and apparatus in a communication system are provided. The sequence distributing method includes the following steps: generating sequence groups including a number of sequences, the sequences in the sequence groups are determined according to the sequence time frequency resource occupation manner which is supported by the system; distributing the sequence groups to cells. The method avoids the phenomenon that signaling transmission is needed to distribute the sequences to the cells for different time frequency resource occupation manner, and saves in so far as possible the wireless network transmission resource occupied during the process of distributing the sequences through distributing the sequence groups comprising a number of sequences to the cells.

Abstract: Provided is a radio communication device which can make Acknowledgement (ACK) reception quality and Negative Acknowledgement (NACK) reception quality to be equal to each other. The device includes: a scrambling unit (214) which multiplies a response signal after modulated, by a scrambling code “1” or “e−j(π/2)” so as to rotate a constellation for each of response signals on a cyclic shift axis; a spread unit (215) which performs a primary spread of the response signal by using a Zero Auto Correlation (ZAC) sequence set by a control unit (209); and a spread unit (218) which performs a secondary spread of the response signal after subjected to the primary spread, by using a block-wise spread code sequence set by the control unit (209).

Abstract: A method and apparatus for allocating and processing sequences in a communication system is disclosed. The method includes: dividing sequences in a sequence group into multiple sub-groups, each sub-group corresponding to its own mode of occupying time frequency resources; selecting sequences from a candidate sequence collection corresponding to each sub-group to form the sequences in the sub-group by: the sequences in a sub-group i in a sequence group k being composed of n sequences in the candidate sequence collection, the n sequences making a |ri/Ni_ck/Np1| or |(ri/Ni_ck/Np1) modu mk,i| function value the smallest, second smallest, till the nth smallest respectively; allocating the sequence group to cells, users or channels. It prevents the sequences highly correlated with the sequences of a specific length from appearing in other sequence groups, thus reducing interference, avoiding the trouble of storing the lists of massive sequence groups.

Abstract: Disclosed are a sequence report method and a sequence report device for reducing a signaling amount for reporting a Zadoff-Chu sequence or a GCL sequence allocated for a cell. Indexes starting at 1 are correlated to different ZC sequences and are allocated for cells so that the indexes are continuous. When such ZC sequences are reported from BS to UE, a start index indicating the start of the continuous indexes is combined with the number of allocated sequences and they are reported as allocation sequence information by a report channel. The UE and the BS share the correlation between the ZC sequences and the indexes and the UE identifies a usable sequence number according to the correlation and the allocation sequence information reported from the BS.

Abstract: Integrated circuitry for use in a mobile radio station includes a receiver that receives control information and a data processor coupled to the receiver. The data processor provides a number of different sequences that are derived from a base sequence. The different derived sequences are respectively associated with different amounts of data or reception qualities, have different cyclic shifts, and are arranged in an increasing order of the cyclic shifts. The data processor randomly selects a sequence from a subset of the derived sequences. The subset of derived sequences depends on the control information.

Abstract: When an Ack/Nack signal is transmitted from a user terminal to a base station in an upstream control channel by using an Ack/Nack resource, the signal is code-multiplexed by using a code sequence containing an orthogonal sequence and a cyclic-shifted sequence and transmitted from a plurality of user terminals to the base station. If an aggregation size indicating the number of control signals of the downstream control channel is greater than one, it is determined that no resource located at the right of the axis of the cyclic-shifted amount of the cyclic-shifted sequence in the same orthogonal code of the orthogonal sequence is used, and the Ack/Nack signal to which CDD is applied from a plurality of antennas is transmitted by using a resource ACK #0 allocated to the own device and an unused resource ACK #1, which have the same orthogonal code, but have different cyclic-shifted amounts.
