Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a communication node for wireless communications. A communication node receives first information; determines a target measurement interval, the target measurement interval is one of X candidate measurement intervals; transmits a first signal, the first signal occupies a target time-frequency resource block; monitors a first-type signaling in a target time window; the X candidate measurement intervals respectively correspond to X time interval lengths, and the first information is used to determine a corresponding time interval length for each of the X candidate measurement intervals; a length of a time interval between a start time of the target time window and a reference time is equal to a target time interval length, the target time interval length is a time interval length corresponding to the target measurement interval in the X time interval lengths. The present disclosure improves random access performance.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and device in User Equipment (UE) and base station for wireless communication. The UE receives Q1 first-type information groups, and transmits or receives a first radio signal in a first time-frequency resource according to a configuration of a first information group; the first information group is one of the Q1 first-type information groups; a frequency domain position of the first time-frequency resource is used for determining the first information group from the Q1 first-type information groups; each of the Q1 first-type information groups includes at least one of relevant information to a subcarrier spacing. The disclosure establishes an association between the frequency domain position of the first time-frequency resource and the first information group, thereby simplifying the reception of the first-type information group, improving the flexibility of scheduling of frequency domain resources on unlicensed spectrum, and improving the overall performance of the system.

Abstract: A system is disclosed in which a base station defines a search space, in which a communication device can search for control information. The search space is characterised by at least first information which is related to a starting subframes of a plurality of portions of the search space and second information which is related to a periodicity between respective starting subframes, each portion representing a different candidate for the transmission of control information. The base station obtains a parameter indicating both the initial starting subframe and the periodicity and transmits the generated parameter to the communication device.

In various embodiments, a wireless and wireline architecture is implemented to allow a channel to more efficiently span physical barriers within the channel. The wireline portion of the channel may leverage pre-existing copper deployed within a building by interfacing copper with north and south transceiver nodes that allow the signal to propagate through a physical structure on the wire itself resulting in significantly less signal degradation compared to the signal having to traverse the physical structure wirelessly.

Abstract: The disclosed subject matter relates to techniques for transmitting reference signals in non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) communication protocols. The method further comprises determining different configuration parameters for application by the respective mobile devices in association with transmitting the DMRS with the uplink data transmissions, wherein the different configuration parameters facilitate differentiating between the DMRS as transmitted by the respective mobile devices. The method further comprises sending the DMRS and the different configuration parameters to the respective mobile devices.

Abstract: A method of two-stage sidelink control information (SCI) for sidelink transmission is described. In one novel aspect, the SCI is transmitted from a transmission UE (Tx UE) to a reception UE (Rx UE) in two stages. In one embodiment, the 1st-stage SCI carries information related to channel sensing, and is transmitted over a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH). The 2nd-stage SCI is transmitted over a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) associated with the PSCCH. In one embodiment, the first-stage SCI includes priority information or information of time-frequency resources for the SL transmission. In another embodiment, the first-stage SCI indicates time-frequency location of the second-stage SCI.
