    摘要: A motor includes a bearing housing and a stator. The stator includes a stator core, an insulator, and a conductor. The insulator is an insulating body covering at least a part of the stator core. The conductor is wound around the stator core via the insulator. The bearing housing includes a first inner peripheral surface and a first outer peripheral surface. The first inner peripheral surface holds a bearing. The first outer peripheral surface is in contact with the insulator directly or via an adhesive. A surface roughness of the first outer peripheral surface is greater than a surface roughness of the first inner peripheral surface. Therefore, a friction coefficient between the first outer peripheral surface and the insulator increases. Therefore, it is possible to suppress position deviation of the stator with respect to the bearing housing.

A pump chamber is separated by a partition into a wet chamber allowing a working medium to pass through and at least one dry chamber where there is no working medium passing through, and the rotor part is arranged in the wet chamber. The electronic pump further includes a shaft, a sunken portion is formed at a top portion of the partition, and the shaft and a bottom of the sunken portion are fixed by injection molding. A portion where the rotor part is in contact with the shaft is a cooperation portion of the rotor part, and the cooperation portion is arranged in a cavity of the sunken portion.

    摘要: A fan bearing cup connection structure includes a bearing cup, a bottom board and a connection member. The bearing cup has a receiving space, a connected section and a shaft hole. The shaft hole is formed at a top end of the bearing cup in communication with the receiving space. The connected section is disposed on outer circumference of the other end of the bearing cup opposite to the shaft hole. The bottom board has an opening. The connected section of the bearing cup is disposed in the opening. The connection member is connected between the bearing cup and the bottom board by means of injection molding. By means of the connection member, the bearing cup and the bottom board can be more securely connected with each other to greatly enhance the concentricity of the bearing cup and the bottom board.

    摘要: A fan assembly for a computing device is disclosed. The fan assembly can include an impeller having a number of blades and a motor for turning the blades. The motor can turn the blades via a magnetic interaction between the impeller and the motor. A fluid dynamic thrust bearing can be used to control a position of the impeller relative to the motor. In particular, the impeller can be configured to rotate around an axis and the thrust bearing can be used to control movement of the impeller in a direction aligned with the rotational axis. In one embodiment, the thrust bearing can be configured to stabilize the impeller when vibratory forces act upon the fan assembly. More particularly, parameters associated with the thrust bearing can be selected to counteract vibratory forces emitted by a speaker system.

    摘要: A motor includes a base, a stator, and a rotor. The base includes a shaft tube having an open end and receiving an inner assembly. The stator is mounted to an outer periphery of the shaft tube. The rotor is rotatably coupled to the inner assembly. The stator includes an insulating bobbin unit having an extension extending in a radial direction to the open end of the shaft tube. The extension includes an engagement hole. The shaft tube includes a positioning member having an engaging section engaged in the engagement hole. The insulating bobbin unit is fixed by an end of the engaging section. The engagement stability of the stator is enhanced by engagement of the positioning member of the base and the insulating bobbin unit.
