    摘要: A stator structure includes a bearing cup disposed on a base seat, a bearing, a silicon steel sheet assembly and a press member. The bearing cup has a receiving space in which the bearing is received. One end of the bearing is formed with an extension section outward extending from the bearing. The silicon steel sheet assembly is fitted around the bearing cup and has an upper end face and a lower end face. The press member is correspondingly assembled and disposed on a top end of the bearing cup. The press member has a first press section and a second press section protruding from one face of the press member. The first press section correspondingly presses the extension section of the bearing. The second press section correspondingly presses the upper end face of the silicon steel sheet assembly.

    摘要: A fan central tube coupling structure includes a base and a central tube. The base has a first section and a second section that together define an upward tapered receiving recess below the base. The central tube is externally provided on around a bottom end with a first and a second protruded section and an engagement groove defined between the first and second protruded sections. The second protruded section has an interference pressing surface defined on an outermost peripheral surface thereof. The central tube is axially extended through the base, such that the second protruded section is axially press-fitted into the tapered receiving recess and the interference pressing surface is radially outward forced against the tapered receiving recess. In the meantime, the second section of the base is fitted in the engagement groove and clamped in place by between the first protruded section and the second protruded section.

    摘要: A fan bearing cup connection structure includes a bearing cup, a bottom board and a connection member. The bearing cup has a receiving space, a connected section and a shaft hole. The shaft hole is formed at a top end of the bearing cup in communication with the receiving space. The connected section is disposed on outer circumference of the other end of the bearing cup opposite to the shaft hole. The bottom board has an opening. The connected section of the bearing cup is disposed in the opening. The connection member is connected between the bearing cup and the bottom board by means of injection molding. By means of the connection member, the bearing cup and the bottom board can be more securely connected with each other to greatly enhance the concentricity of the bearing cup and the bottom board.

The main body has multiple first magnetic pole section, multiple second magnetic pole sections and multiple complex magnetic pole sections. Each complex magnetic pole section has at least one N-pole section and at least one S-pole section. The permanent magnetic member can achieve the effects of room-saving and weight reduction.
