    摘要: A fan central tube coupling structure includes a base and a central tube. The base has a first section and a second section that together define an upward tapered receiving recess below the base. The central tube is externally provided on around a bottom end with a first and a second protruded section and an engagement groove defined between the first and second protruded sections. The second protruded section has an interference pressing surface defined on an outermost peripheral surface thereof. The central tube is axially extended through the base, such that the second protruded section is axially press-fitted into the tapered receiving recess and the interference pressing surface is radially outward forced against the tapered receiving recess. In the meantime, the second section of the base is fitted in the engagement groove and clamped in place by between the first protruded section and the second protruded section.

    摘要: Provided is a BLDC motor for a hair dryer, which includes high strength plastic parts integrated through injection molding. Thus, the number of parts is decreased to thereby decrease manufacturing costs and the weight of the BLDC motor. Furthermore, a sirocco fan installed in the BLDC motor is directly coupled to an outer circumferential surface of a rotor housing so as to optimize an assembling structure of the sirocco fan, thereby stabilizing the rotation thereof. Accordingly, vibration and noise due to rotation can be reduced, and an amount of introduced air can be maximized. To this end, the BLDC motor includes a rotor housing including permanent magnets on an inner surface thereof, and a shaft hole in a central portion thereof to receive a shaft, wherein a sirocco fan for blowing air is coupled to an outer portion of the rotor housing, a rotor frame coupling the shaft to the rotor housing to integrally rotate them, a stator core around which a coil is wound to interact with a magnetic field formed on the permanent magnets, thereby generating torque, a PCB coupled to a lower portion of the stator core by a screw, a base bracket including a support protrusion on an upper outer portion thereof to support the stator core, and a bearing housing coupled to an upper portion of the base bracket to support a ball bearing, and including a removal prevention protrusion in a lower outer portion thereof to prevent removal of the stator core.

    摘要: An advection fan includes a housing having a metal housing base and a closure member. A lateral wall is arranged between the metal housing base and the closure member and includes an air inlet and an air outlet. A horizontal air passage is defined between the metal housing base and the closure member. The metal housing base includes an engagement section. A stator includes a coil unit embedded in or abutting and attached to the engagement section of the metal housing base. The coil unit abuts the engagement face of the metal housing base. The coil unit includes a substrate and at least one coil formed on a surface of the substrate by printing circuit or electroforming process. An impeller is rotatably coupled to the shaft tube of the stator. A gap is formed between the impeller and the coil unit of the stator.
