摘要： A base plate includes a base body including a bottom plate and a pivot post, and an electrodeposition coating film. The bottom plate extends perpendicular to a first axis, a rotation axis of the disk, and a second axis, a swing axis of a head; and, when viewed from an axial direction, has a rectangular shape with a first direction as a short side direction and a second direction as a long side direction. The pivot post protrudes upward from an upper surface of the bottom plate at a position overlapping the second axis. The bottom plate has a thin bottom arranged in a radially outward direction orthogonal to the second axis of the pivot post and including at least one of a lower recess recessed upward from a lower surface of the bottom plate and an upper recess recessed downward from the upper surface of the bottom plate.

At least one of the closures includes a rotor supporting portion. The rotor supporting portion includes a through hole configured to receive a portion of the rotor. The through hole is defined by a closed shape including at least three or more straight sides, and a radius of an inscribed circle of the closed shape of the through hole is larger than a radius of the portion of the rotor received in the through hole.

摘要： A mechanism comprises a first Halbach cylinder having an inner cavity, the first Halbach cylinder magnetized to produce a first magnetic flux concentrated circumferentially inside the inner cavity. A second Halbach cylinder is concentrically received in the inner cavity of the first Halbach cylinder to concurrently form a rotational joint having a rotational axis. One of the Halbach cylinders is a rotor and the other of the Halbach cylinders is a stator, the second Halbach cylinder magnetized to produce a second magnetic flux concentrated circumferentially outwardly. An output is connected to the rotor to rotate therewith relative to the stator, the output applying a gravity load on the rotor, the gravity load being offset from the rotational axis, whereby the magnetic flux of the first Halbach cylinder and the second Halbach cylinder cooperatively produce a torque against the gravity load caused by the output.

摘要： A low impedance power disc is provided. The power disc is connected to a crankshaft of an engine, and includes a rotor, a connecting shaft, and a permanent magnet. The rotor is disposed separately from the permanent magnet. The connecting shaft is locked inside the rotor. A unidirectional bearing is provided and fitted on the connecting shaft. The permanent magnet is fitted on the unidirectional bearing. When the engine is running, the rotor and the permanent magnet are rotated at the same speed to generate electricity and supply the electricity to the vehicle and to charge the battery. When the engine decelerates, the rotor and the connecting shaft are decelerated synchronously with the engine, while the permanent magnet and the unidirectional bearing are continuously rotated at the speed before deceleration in order to facilitate the engine to accelerate again, so that the rotor can be quickly rotated.

In addition, the bearing is equipped with a retaining case (40), which has a chuck (52) that retains the upper end (11b) of the fixed shaft (11) secured by the lower case (30), and which can be secured to the lower case (30) in a state that does not generate pressure causing the axial center of the fixed shaft (11) to move.

The inner circumferential surface is positioned radially opposite a first side surface of the recessed portion with a first minute gap intervening therebetween. The outer circumferential surface is positioned radially opposite a second side surface of the recessed portion with a second minute gap intervening therebetween. The first minute gap has an axial dimension greater than an axial dimension of a seal portion.

The stationary portion includes a shaft component which includes an inner shaft portion and an outer shaft portion. A radial dynamic pressure generating groove array is provided on at least one surface of an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve portion and an outer circumferential surface of the outer shaft portion, which define the radial gap. The radial dynamic pressure generating groove array includes an upper radial dynamic pressure generating groove array and a lower radial dynamic pressure generating groove array. A range of a fixing region in an axial direction between the inner shaft portion and the outer shaft portion in an interference fit state is included in a range between the upper radial dynamic pressure generating groove array and the lower radial dynamic pressure generating groove array.
