    摘要: A thinned heat dissipation fan with core reversely installed includes: a base including a bottom plate and a lateral wall formed at the periphery of the bottom plate; a circuit unit disposed on the bottom plate; a core welded in a core welding hole formed on the bottom plate of the base or welded in a core welding hole of a sleeve seat fastened on the base; and a rotor set including a hub, a plurality of blades disposed at the periphery of the hub, a bearing module and a permanent magnet disposed at the inner sides of the plural blades, wherein the hub is formed with a bearing opening, the bearing module is fastened in the bearing opening, and the core is inserted in the bearing module. The above-mentioned welding means is preferably to be a laser welding means.

    摘要: A centrifugal fan includes a fan frame, a stator assembly and an impeller. The fan frame has a base plate portion, a cover plate portion and a lateral wall portion. The cover plate portion has an air inlet, and the lateral wall portion has an air outlet. The impeller includes a rotating member, a plurality of blades and a connection ring. The rotating member is coupled with the stator assembly. Each blade has a windward edge and a lateral edge. The windward edge faces the air inlet, the lateral edge faces the lateral wall portion, and the connection ring is arranged on the windward edges of the blades. The windward edge has a first coupling edge, and the connection ring has a second coupling edge. A part of the windward edge between the first coupling edge and the lateral edge extends downwards in a curved manner, forming a truncating portion.

    摘要: A ceiling type air conditioner includes a case defining an outer appearance, a fan disposed to a bottom of the case, a turbo fan disposed within the case, the turbo fan including a main plate rotated by power provided from the fan motor and a blade having a side connected to the main plate, and a heat exchanger disposed outside the turbo fan. A cooling passage cooling the fan motor is defined between the main plate and the bottom surface of the case. The cooling passage includes a flow part through which air passing through the blade flows into the flow part toward the fan motor, and a panel installation part to which a panel is installed for adjusting an amount of air flowing into the flow part toward the fan motor.

    摘要: A shaftless fan structure having an axial air slit includes: a base, including a bottom plate connected with a fasten post; a rotor set, including a impeller sleeved on the fasten post and a magnetic member, wherein the impeller is formed with a bottom surface oppositely arranged with respect to the bottom plate, and the magnetic member is disposed on the bottom surface; a rolling bearing, fastened between the fasten post and the rotor set; and a stator set, disposed on the bottom plate and including a magnetic inducing portion oppositely arranged with respect to the magnetic member, wherein an axial air slit is formed between the magnetic inducing portion and the magnetic member. Accordingly, an objective of being shaftless is achieved, and the total height can be reduced through altering the arrangement of the magnetic member and the stator set.

    摘要: A micro cooling fan includes a housing, a fan wheel, and a main circuit board. The main circuit board has a stator and a driving circuit. The stator is electrically connected to the driving circuit. The stator is disposed on a first inner surface, and the driving circuit is disposed on a first outer surface, so that the housing and the driving circuit of the micro fan motor form an integral structure. The first outer surface is opposite to the first inner surface, or the first outer surface is located on a side surface of the housing. Therefore, by disposing the driving circuit on the first outer surface, the wind resistance of the fan blades is reduced, and the air volume of the micro cooling fan is increased accordingly, so that the cooling effect of the micro cooling fan is improved.
