摘要: A back-contact cell with isolation grooves specifically disposed and a preparation method thereof. The back-contact cell includes: a silicon substrate having, on a back side, a polished region and a textured region disposed alternately along an X-axis direction of the back side, a first semiconductor layer disposed on the polished region, and a second semiconductor layer disposed on the textured region. The back-contact cell further includes a conductive film layer and a conductive mask layer sequentially disposed outwardly along a Z-axis direction of the back side. A conductive composite layer formed by the conductive mask layer and the conductive film layer is provided with isolation grooves disposed at intervals along the X-axis direction. The isolation groove is located above a contact interface between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer in the Z-axis direction, and the isolation groove spans part of the polished region and part of the textured region in the X-axis direction.

摘要: Provided is a photovoltaic module, including a first intermediate busbar having a first lead-out terminal provided at an end thereof; a second intermediate busbar having a second lead-out terminal provided at an end thereof; and a first jumper wire arranged on a first isolation bar; the first lead-out terminal and the second lead-out terminal are located on two opposite sides of the first jumper wire, and the first lead-out terminal and the second lead-out terminal abut against two opposite side surfaces of the first isolation bar or overlap a top surface of the first isolation bar. Compared with the related art, the first isolation bar where the first jumper wire is located is clamped or pressed by the first lead-out terminal and the second lead-out terminal, to prevent short circuit or shielding of the cell caused by free movement of the first jumper wire, the first and second intermediate busbars.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a method of producing a photovoltaic apparatus. The method includes the steps of providing a substrate; forming a first conducting electrode layer on the substrate; forming a first charge selective layer at least partially over the first conducting electrode layer; forming a photoactive layer at least partially over the first charge selective layer; forming a second charge selective layer at least partially over the photoactive layer; removing portions the formed layers at predetermined intervals along the substrate creating discrete layer sections partially forming individual photovoltaic modules; and printing a second conducting electrode layer partially over the discrete layer sections and substrate to form a plurality of photovoltaic modules, each photovoltaic module having first and second module terminals, a plurality of inter-module rails, each inter-module rail being located between adjacent photovoltaic modules, a first bus bar extending along one side of the photovoltaic modules, and a second bus bar extending along an opposite side of the photovoltaic modules.

The photovoltaic apparatus further includes a front sheet disposed over the photovoltaic device, the front sheet having a plurality of structures, wherein each structure has one or more edges aligned with one of the serial interconnects.

摘要: Provided is a photovoltaic solar cell, a solar cell module and a manufacturing process. The photovoltaic solar cell includes a silicon substrate, and a passivation layer located on at least one surface of the silicon substrate. An electrode, an electrode pad and an extension line are printed on at least one surface of the silicon substrate. The electrode includes a busbar and a finger crossed with each other, and the finger is in contact with the silicon substrate. Two ends of the extension line are respectively connected to the busbar and the electrode pad, to reinforce a connection between the busbar and the electrode pad such that the extension line is not in direct contact with the finger, the extension line is in contact with the passivation layer, the electrode pad and the busbar are not in direct contact with the silicon substrate.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention may utilize one or more techniques, alone or in combination, to maximize a surface area of a receiver that is configured to convert light into another form of energy. One technique enhances collection efficiency by controlling a size, shape, and/or position of a cell relative to an expected illumination profile under various conditions. Another technique positions non-active elements (such as electrical contacts and/or interconnects) on surfaces likely to be shaded from incident light by other elements of the receiver. Another technique utilizes embodiments of interconnect structures occupying a small footprint. According to certain embodiments, the receiver may be cooled by exposure to a fluid such as water or air.

On the back side of the substrate, only one back side bus bar is formed along an edge of the back side of the substrate, and a remainder of the back side bus bars are unequally spaced across the substrate.

摘要: This solar module has: a base member that is curved in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction; strings each constituted from a plurality of solar cells and first wiring members connecting adjacent solar cells in the vertical direction, wherein a plurality of the strings are arranged side by side on the base member; and a string group constituted from a plurality of the strings and second wiring members, which are disposed at both sides in the vertical direction of the strings and connected to the first wiring members, thereby connecting adjacent strings to one another in the horizontal direction. The string group is divided into at least two blocks that are side by side in the vertical direction. Second wiring members are disposed adjacent in the horizontal direction, or second wiring members are disposed adjacent in the vertical direction between the blocks, and are secured to one another.
