摘要: Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a display device and a display terminal. The display device includes a light emitting panel and at least one optical modulation unit provided on a light exit side of the light emitting panel, a grating layer being provided in the light emitting panel, or between the light emitting panel and the optical modulation unit, wherein the optical modulation unit is configured to modulate incident light to exit at a certain preset angle, and the grating layer is configured to parallelize exit directions of incident light.

摘要: The present invention discloses an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and an electronic device, wherein the OLED includes a first carrier transport layer and a second carrier transport layer that are set opposite to each other, and a light-emitting layer; the light-emitting layer includes a first light-emitting sub-layer with a hollow structure, and a second light-emitting sub-layer which includes a body part and a projecting part, wherein the projecting part projects from the body part and is accommodated in the hollow structure; wherein a surface of the first light-emitting sub-layer and a surface of the projecting part form the first surface of the light-emitting layer, and a surface of the body part forms the second surface of the light-emitting layer. By the present invention, the working voltage is lowered, the power consumption is reduced, and in addition, the manufacturing process is simplified due to the reduction of the number of layers.

摘要: Embodiments of this disclosure provide a transparent display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The transparent display panel comprises a plurality of light-emitting regions and a plurality of transparent regions. The transparent display panel further comprises at least one light-guiding component disposed on a light-emitting side of the transparent display panel, wherein the at least one light-guiding component is configured to transmit a part of light emitted from the light-emitting regions to the transparent regions. In the transparent display panel, a light-guiding component is used to transmit the light emitted by the light-emitting subpixels in the light-emitting regions to the transparent regions, and a plurality of light-redirecting members formed on a surface of the light-guiding component are used to change the direction of light transmitted to the transparent regions and to emit the light from the light-emitting side of the transparent regions. As a result, display uniformity of the whole transparent display panel is improved, and a better display performance can be achieved.

The display device includes: a supporting base including a polyimide film; and a gas barrier layer formed on the supporting base, in which the polyimide film has a transmittance of 80% or more in a wavelength region of from 440 nm to 780 nm, and a coefficient of thermal expansion of 15 ppm/K or less, and has a difference in coefficient of thermal expansion from the gas barrier layer of 10 ppm/K or less.
