摘要: A solar cell module (100) includes: one or more cells that are enclosed by a barrier packaging material (13A, 13B) and that include first and second base plates (3, 7) and a functional layer; and first and second lead-out electrodes (11A, 11B) that are respectively connected to electrodes (2, 6) disposed at the sides of the respective base plates (3, 7) via electrical connectors (12A, 12B). The electrical connectors (12A, 12B) are separated from the functional layer in a base plate surface direction. The lead-out electrodes (11A, 11B) are disposed on an outer surface of the barrier packaging material (13A, 13B). Gaps between the barrier packaging material (13A, 13B) and the lead-out electrodes (11A, 11B) are sealed by a lead-out electrode seal (15).

摘要: A dye-sensitised solar cell according to the present invention allows a remaining sector of an undamaged partition wall or remaining arranged partition walls to perform their original role normally even though a part of a sector of a partition wall that has been divided by partition wall division slits or a part of partition walls that are consecutively arranged is damaged due to an increase in the volume of the electrolyte resulting from a temperature rise and an increase in the pressure inside an electrolyte accommodation cell resulting from the increase in the volume of the electrolyte by additionally forming the partition division slits inside the partition wall separating electrolyte accommodation cells capable of dividing the corresponding partition wall into a plurality of sectors, or by consecutively arranging the plurality of partition walls, and can thereby solve various problems resulting from damage of a partition wall.

摘要: A flexible dye-sensitized solar cell includes: a fiber layer formed of nanofibers; a conductive electrode layer formed on one side of the fiber layer; a photoelectrode layer formed on the conductive electrode layer; a counter electrode layer formed on the other side of the fiber layer; a sealing member for enclosing the fiber layer, the conductive electrode layer, the counter electrode layer and the photoelectrode layer therein so as to seal said layers from the outside; and an electrolyte infiltrated into the fiber layer. A cell body in which an electrode and a photoelectrode are formed on one surface of the fiber that contains an electrolyte therein and a counter electrode is formed on the other side of the fiber is sealed with a polymer film, thus forming a flexible solar cell having an excellent sealing structure for preventing the electrolyte from leaking out of the cell even when pressure is externally applied.

摘要: An electronic component has an organic member between two transparent substrates, in which outer peripheral portions of the two transparent substrates are bonded by a sealing material containing low melting glass. The low melting glass contains vanadium oxide, tellurium oxide, iron oxide and phosphoric acid, and satisfies the following relations (1) and (2) in terms of oxides. 摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a luminescent ethylene-based copolymer which causes no problem of the shift or bleeding-out of a fluorescent body, which has a high workability, desired optical properties and a good light stability and which is easily handled in a kneading step; and a encapsulant composition for a solar cell, using this copolymer. Another object of the invention is to provide a encapsulant layer, for a solar cell, which is formed using the photovoltaic encapsulant composition to cause no problem of the shift or bleeding-out of a fluorescent body in this layer and to have desired optical properties and a good light stability; and a photoelectromotive module having this layer. The copolymer is a luminescent ethylene-based copolymer including, as a monomer component, a fluorescent dye compound having an unsaturated bond.

摘要: The present invention relates to a glass material for sealing a large-area dye-sensitized solar cell and, more specifically, to a glass material which does not react with an electrolyte and allows uniform and high-strength binding even on a large area. According to the present invention, the glass material is expected to produce action effects of improving reliability and lifetime of solar cell products since it can uniformly seal a dye-sensitized solar cell, is chemically stable due to the absence of the reaction with an electrolyte, and has physical strength appropriate for large-area binding.
