摘要: A computer implemented method for determining a two dimensional DRR referred to as dynamic DRR based on a 4D-CT, the 4D-CT describing a sequence of three dimensional medical computer tomographic images of an anatomical body part of a patient, the images being referred to as sequence CTs, the 4D-CT representing the anatomical body part at different points in time, the anatomical body part comprising at least one primary anatomical element and secondary anatomical elements, the computer implemented method comprising the following steps: acquiring the 4D-CT; acquiring a planning CT, the planning CT being a three dimensional image used for planning of a treatment of the patient, the planning CT being acquired based on at least one of the sequence CTs or independently from the 4D-CT, acquiring a three dimensional image, referred to as undynamic CT, from the 4D-CT, the undynamic CT comprising at least one first image element representing the at least one primary anatomical element and second image elements representing the secondary anatomical elements; acquiring at least one trajectory, referred to as primary trajectory, based on the 4D-CT, the at least one primary trajectory describing a path of the at least one first image element as a function of time; acquiring trajectories of the second image elements, referred to as secondary trajectories, based on the 4D-CT; for the image elements of the undynamic CT, determining trajectory similarity values based on the at least one primary trajectory and the secondary trajectories, the trajectory similarity values respectively describing a measure of similarity between a respective one of the secondary trajectories and the at least one primary trajectory; determining the dynamic DRR by using the determined trajectory similarity values, and, in case the planning CT is acquired independently from the 4D-CT, further using a transformation referred to as planning transformation from the undynamic CT to the planning CT, at least a part of image values of image elements of the dynamic DRR being determined by using the trajectory similarity values.

The method includes (A) acquiring 3D image data of at least the skeletal portion, (B) inserting a portion of a tool into the skeletal portion, and (C) while a portion of the tool is disposed at a location with respect to the skeletal portion: acquiring an x-ray image in which the portion of the tool and the skeletal portion are visible, generating from the 3D image data a Digitally Reconstructed Radiograph (DRR) corresponding to the x-ray image, and generating a combined image by combining the x-ray image with the DRR.

摘要: A method comprises inputting a treatment planning image of a target subject into a machine learning system. The method further comprises determining, by the machine learning system, a first target-subject-specific model of the treatment planning image. The method further comprises applying, by a processing device, the first target-subject-specific model to the treatment planning image to generate a transformed treatment planning image corresponding to a first position of a plurality of positions of the target subject. The method further comprises comparing the transformed treatment planning image to a reference image. The method further comprises, based on the comparing, modifying one or more parameters of the first target-subject-specific model to generate a second target-subject-specific model corresponding to a second position of the plurality of positions. The method further comprises controlling a treatment device based on the second target-subject-specific model to deliver a treatment to the target subject.

The base frame is adapted to be mounted to an x-ray medical imaging device. The orientation plate is attached to the base frame and has a first set of radiopaque markers arranged along at least four radial lines which extend from a center location. The radial lines are angularly spaced apart about the center location. At least three of the radiopaque markers are arranged along each of the radial lines. The registration plate is attached to the base frame and spaced apart from the orientation plate. The registration plate includes a second set of radiopaque markers arranged along a circle.

In various embodiments of the invention, the selection of the images to be displayed, the layout of the images, as well as the rendering parameters and styles can be determined using a rule derived basis. The rules are based on meta data of the examination as well as image content that is being analyzed by neuronal networks. In an embodiment of the present invention, the user is presented with images displayed based on their preferences without having to first manually adjust parameters.
