摘要: A system comprising a processor is programmed to receive, from a plurality of vehicles, sets of diagnostic test data relating to a performed diagnostic test. Each set of diagnostic test data includes a test output value and one or more corresponding test condition values. The processor is further programmed to select some of the test output values based on selecting a function to relate the test output value to test output values from different sets of diagnostic data. The processor is further programmed to provide the test output value and the corresponding test conditions values as input to the selected function to obtain a plurality of scaled test output values; and generate an adjustment to the diagnostic test based at least in part on the scaled test output values.

摘要: In a device for monitoring and switching a load circuit, having an input part and an output part, having switching inputs to connect a controller to the input part, having switching outputs to connect at least one load circuit with at least one load to be switched to the output part, having at least one load switch to switch, in particular to switch on and off, the at least one load, having a first fault detection circuit, connected in parallel with the load circuit, to detect faults in the load circuit, and having a second fault detection circuit, connected in series with the load circuit, to detect faults in the load circuit, the input part has an input circuit which converts switching commands of the controller incoming via the switching inputs into switching processes of the load switches. The first and the second fault detection circuit respectively generate intermediate fault signals which are logically linked in a logic circuit to form an overall fault signal. The overall fault signal is transmitted from the output part to the input part and made available via the switching inputs for evaluation.

摘要: An electronic control unit has a main controller that controls a drive of an actuator and a life-extending control instruction section that requests the main controller to change a drive condition of the actuator. The life-extending control instruction section includes a failure estimator that updates and outputs a failure rate based on a state of a control object, a life-extending control database that stores a failure rate reduction control of a monitoring object including the actuator, which reduces the failure rate of the monitoring object, when a failure of the monitoring object is estimated, and a control selector that searches the life-extending control database and selects a candidate control based on the failure rate of the monitoring object outputted from the failure estimator. The control selector requests the main control section to perform a life-extending control that changes an operation condition of the actuator.

摘要: Methods, systems, and computer program products for generating wear-based indicators are provided herein. A method includes assigning a failure label to each data point associated with a component associated with a failure-caused component replacement within a pre-specified number of runtime hours of the failure-caused component replacement; assigning a non-failure label to each data point associated with a failure-caused component replacement and not within the pre-specified number of runtime hours; assigning a non-failure label to each data point associated with a scheduled component replacement; assigning a non-failure label to each data point associated with an actively running instance of the component as yet to be replaced; estimating a failure probability for the component over a pre-specified future runtime; determining a cumulative hazard function for the component based on the failure probability; and generating a cumulative wear-based indicator for the component by executing a regression function based on the cumulative hazard function.

摘要: A method selects events from an event log for presentation along a timeline. The method may receive information associated with the timeline to define an interval of interest and a partition size, and divide the timeline into a plurality of segments based on the partition size. The method may further identify each segment having at least one relevant event within the segment, where a relevant event is an event which starts within a segment and overlaps with the interval of interest. The method may determine parameters associated with at least one relevant event for each identified segment, and provide the determined parameters along with an index which designates each identified segment. The determined parameters may be provided to a client to generate the timeline of the at least one relevant event. An apparatus can implement the method to select events from an event log which are associated with a defined time interval.
