    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a system for monitoring operating conditions of a conveyance system. A primary computing device has a first processing device configured to receive a data indicative of the operating conditions of the conveyance system, determine that an undesirable event is occurring, perform a data analysis using a first algorithm to generate a first analyzed data, determine whether a dispatch request for a physical action is required, and transmit a status data to the at least one secondary computing device. At least one secondary computing device has a second processing device configured to receive the status data, perform a data analysis of the status data using a second algorithm, compare the second analyzed data with the first analyzed data, and transmit the dispatch request to the personal communication device as an alert that the conveyance system requires a physical action of a technician.

An example method includes: obtaining from an actuator a first signal indicative of a test operating mode and from a first and second sensor respective signals indicative of a time series of test readings; producing a test operating mode in response; searching for the test operating mode in a first list, and searching for sensors in a second list; if the test operation mode is in the first list and sensors are in the second list, determining a test numerical measure between the first time series and the second time series, including a predefined constant when the first time series matches the second and otherwise deviating from the predefined constant; and determining a test deviation of the measure from the predefined constant, and if the deviation exceeds a threshold, producing a fault.

In some examples, a welding asset tracking system may comprise an asset tracking network of tags, hubs, and/or gateways retained by welding assets within a welding area. In this way, the welding asset tracking server may continually receive updated information regarding each welding assets identity, location, and/or use.
